USPS delivered a package to me, with my business address and informarion on it. I saw that it came from First Advantage, so I knew it should have been important. It was Secure Badging for a driver who had to go through extensive research from First Advantage. I am sure both the company and the driver believe it is important, but First Advantage hung up on me 4 times, and when I finally found a phone number of the Baton Rouge Office of Home Delivery, the gentleman who answered also hung up on me. Just not my day I guess for doing a good deed.I just hope they do not drop your furniture or appliances like they did my call. And I would NEVER do business with First Advantage as they are rude and arrogant, and really do not care about their customers....

We've waited 6 weeks for our appliance to be deliverd. They even called to verify we'd be home and said we'd get a call 30 minutes before delivery. After waiting the 4 hour gap for delivery they were a no call, no show! We even took the day off to make sure we were home! I had to call them just to be told it'd be another week?

Called to have furniture moved. Girl who answered acted as if I was bothering her. Said I would get a call back to schedule and 2 days later still no call.I guess they are just too busy for any new jobs.

The crews that operate for Express Delivery are fantastic. The people who perform manual labor are hard-working and responsible. However, the management team volatile and disorganized. I pity the individuals who work for them.

Wonderful service everytime! Courier service is second to none. Great prices too!! We had some very time sensitive documents that *had* to be delivered on time, and Express Delivery understood our situation and went out of their way to make sure the documents were delivered!! Can't recommend them highly enough!
