This location stranded me at all star toyota collision center on 3-8-23, as I was scheduled over the phone to be picked up at 1pm. Called that location after they were late, they state they have no cars available and the pickup time/date was never set even though it was set the day prior via a phone call that provided to me my reservation number. Management did nothing but pass the buck to another location for me to call.The other locations also have nothing available so I was left stranded without transportation. Management did not care as they did not want to be bothered to correct their mistake by at least doing their part to find a vehicle at any location and get it to me.Ive submitted customer service issue via the website and toll free numbers where after 24 hrs the regional manager has yet to contact me. So I am on day 2 of having no means of transportation, and Enterprise is failing to contact me to resolve the issue.The financial and emotionally damages this failure by the company, and this location specifically continues to mount as after hours of being placed on hold and speaking with various representatives yesterday and today has yelded no answers as I continue to wait for someone with proper authority to resolve the issue.

Enterprise will always be my first choice when renting a car. The staff is exceptional. There is always a Clorox wipe in the cup holder, and I appreciate that.

I was in an accident and had the insurance company set me up at this location to pickup a rental car while repairs were completed. The entire staff was so friendly when I showed up for my rental car and returned it. Great staff, and such an easy experience from start to finish. Thank you!

I called to confirm several times and was told I only had to show my license. This was an insurance claim and I sat for 2 hours because they do not accept LA wallet and I didn't have my physical license then I was told about a deposit and I didn't have the physical debit card. The driver was very polite and friendly but the miscommunication given to me by the lady who spoke with me to confirm the reservation was unacceptable.

The one on Nicholson in Baton Rouge, LA the worst customer service I ever experienced,...the lady who assisted me needs to be disciplined, retrained or better yet dismissed,...her attitude and demeanor was the worst I ever experienced
