My cleaners I've gone to for over a decade, Eagle Cleaners, is closing so I try Dutch. Dropped off 2 pieces just to test. A button down shirt and a long thin cardigan I wear daily to work. The cleaning was fine. The price.... wow. It was $24 for 2 pieces. 2!! $15 for the sweater. I think I paid $30 to purchase the sweater. Man! I'm chuckling right now but I don't think I can afford dry cleaning.

We rarely wear dress clothes but my husband needed a clean suit for an upcoming meeting. I went to Dutch Cleaners and dropped the suit off at 3pm and told them I needed it by tomorrow. The lady behind the counter said it would be ready after 4pm the next day. I was crossing my fingers. I went to pick up the suit at 4:05pm and it was ready! The lady even remembered my name. Great customer service! I'll be back for sure.

I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!I will never bring my clothes here again ! DUTCH CLEANERS ruined my mother's wedding dress, and promised to fix it!(Apparently they send the customer's clothes off to a third party to be cleaned, instead of preforming the service themselves)When we returned and noticed the spots were still on the dress, and we were told "the spots weren't 'that bad'" & that other customers "spend way more money in their business." does that mean we cannot complain about service? we will be getting our attorney's involved.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! BRING YOUR ITEMS ELESEWHERE NO ONE DESERVES THIS TREATMENT!but don't take my word for it, read the other terrible reviews from their sister locations, SMH!Service: Alterations

This is a great drycleaner; they have curbside pickup, are fast, and they use safety pins and not staples on your clothes. Tell Miss Scarlett hello when you go!

I'm not the the type of person that uses dry cleaning services often. My son needed his baptism gown rushed cleaned for a last minute baptism a week away. I called and the owner of the store answered and I explained my situation. I was assured that it was not a problem and they can clean that one garment in a few days. I arrive to the location on Perkins, with clothes in one hand, and a infant car seat in the other, the RUDE lady at the desk just looked at me like I was stupid while I had clothes falling everywhere while trying to open the door. I start telling her my situation, and she started rudely interrupting me saying I should have come sooner, and that if they don't have time to get all the spots out it is what it is. I was asking about the hours, because I'm not familiar with any dry cleaners hours,I asked if they were open on Sundays and she laughed in my face and said no,you can come but I won't be here. Proceeded to say that they closed early on Saturday. I called just now to see if my things were ready, same RUDE lady answered the phone, and said yeah yeah and hung up. NEVER USING THIS PLACE AGAIN. As a paying customer, with plenty of options.
