Drury Inn & Suites Hotels are the best of the best. Just stay and check them out. From services to staff to rooms to locations the hotels really excel in everything! Bravo!??????????I will give them 10 stars!

The staff for cocktails/dinner and breakfast was amazing. If it wasn't for the food service, I would have rated much lower. The suite was unsatisfactory for the price: paint in the carpet and on the couch cushions (they were flipped over hoping we didn't see it, we did!) They are in need of new furniture really bad, the couches and chair both awful (the ottoman and office chair were the best pieces). We had reserved multiple rooms as well.

Love going to this hotel in town or when traveling. Everyone is always professional and polite . This weekend we gave our baby and granddaughter a pool party , was so nice because of the weather was cool so the indoor pool but they also had the jacuzzi ( for age 9 & 3 they was in heaven ? ) and so was my husband and I.

I love Drury Hotels and have stayed at the one in Nashville a couple of times. You can't beat the value and the hospitality with the cocktail hour, snacks, and free hot breakfast with every kind of breakfast item you could imagine. I was looking forward to my stay at this location. Check in was swift and cheerful. I entered my room and walked over to the note on my bed from housekeeping and had to laugh a little bit. The note was placed directly next to a stain on the sheets. It was definitely an old stain, so I wasn't worried about cleanliness. Until I turned back the sheets and found a giant hair and a couple of specks of dirt. My guess is that it happened when the bed was made. I called the front desk to let them know, and they graciously offered to provide new sheets or let me change my room. I didn't do either one because I was tired. I'll continue to stay at and recommend Drury but I was a little disappointed in this one.

This was our fourth Drury Inn experience while on a road trip. Nice, clean room, good evening social food and alcoholic drinks, good breakfast, and very friendly staff.I’m sure on our next trip if there is a Drury Inn, we will be staying at it.

My loyalty is with Drury Hotels, but this time was disappointed...had some major issues involving the refrigerator, and had to be moved to another room @ 10:30pm!! 2nd rooms fridge didn't want to work at all, so yay! ...but that was better than what was seen in the previous room. The GM did take care of me, regarding the room, so much respect for that. Also, the hottub wasn't working, had a note that a piece was being ordered. Water was cold in pool, but beautiful and not crowded...so we lived that. Breakfast was awesome and the 3 free drinks at dinner, but the dinner was the worst I've seen in all the Drurys I've seen. Kids were still hungry after, bc of the selections presented...heard another couple talking about it as well. Location, couldn't be better, so that's a huge plus! However, as I said, I love my Drury Hotels and very loyal...but things have to get better at this one! B.R.

Kudos to Taj and Farrah during a stay here on a weekend, around mid-Oct. After stepping through the sliding doors to approach the desk, I received a prompt, warm greeting from both of them that setting the tone for great hospitality. Taj was very down earth and helpful, with a great attitude having shown me a couple of rooms to ensure satisfaction. *I tend to want to look at rooms first in part bc in this day and age of pet friendly hotels, frankly, the pet odors can get real funky if rooms are not properly cleaned from the atrocities of things like dog barf.Being absolutely fond of dogs, I am not fond of a lack of care. They can’t help it but their owners can. Sometimes the funk just doesn’t get Febreezed out. And pet urine or waste can easily put a room OOO, to say the least.Anyway, I experienced an issue during my stay and was not expecting anything other than my feedback to be acknowledged. Well, I certainly appreciate the approach of the Asst Gen Mgr (Bruce). Not only did he show empathy and hear me out in a manner of authentic understanding but also went a step further. Essentially a 360 on that service snafu- to which I say ‘thank you’. This hotel meets clean service standards and hospitality is on point. The ladies during evening meal offerings, housekeeping, and this one lady in business attire, well-styled hair + nails who offered an enthusiastically warm greeting towards my 5-year old (think she was an assistant/sales manager)- they were all great! If the Airbnb doesn’t work out next time, definitely planning on staying here again.

We’ve only been here 10 minutes, but I’m already impressed. Taj at the front desk was AMAZING! He was very pleasant, explained everything clearly, and provided gave overall excellent customer service. It’s hard to find good employees these days, but Drury has a diamond in Taj.

Spent the night on our drive home to Texas from Florida. Clean hotel, nice breakfast included. Rooms are decently large, beds are comfortable though the pillows are small. Easy to get gas and there is a good Chinese restaurant walkable from the hotel. Nice that they allow dogs (we brought our two small dogs with us). No complaints. If I'm passing thru again, I'll be back.

After a week of travel from Indiana to Texas and now to Baton Rouge, this was the nicest hotel we have stayed at. The rooms were clean, breakfast has an assortment of eggs, fruit, grits. The staff was also helpful. The assistant General manager was also helping with breakfast, which is a great management example (leasing by example). When I am in the area, I will stay again.

There is nothing I would change about this hotel! The room smelled fresh and clean, and was spacious and comfortable. The evening kick back was awesome, as was the fresh popcorn in the lobby. And the breakfast was pretty good as well. I would choose this hotel next time I'm in BR.

This was a dreary Drury Inn. Room smelled musty. Carpet needs a thorough cleaning or replacement. We wore shoes or slippers the whole time. Bed and pillows were okay but not great. Room was quiet.Food at breakfast and dinner - a solid 3.Staff may deserve a 5 but hotel only a 3.Rooms: Rooms are in need of an upgrade.Food & drinks: Edible food. Nothing special. Spread instead of butter and creamer instead of half n half.

Not crazy about soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Also no lotion. I don't consider those things as important as the comfy bedings,. Evening dinner and excellent breakfast accomodations. We needed extra comforters. Plenty of air conditioning. Gym. Inside pool. Over all I give them 5 stars.

This hotel was top notch in my opinion! The breakfast was good and they even have an evening meal called, “Kickback” I believe that was the name. Everything was wonderful and if I ever have to return to Baton Rouge, La. I will be staying there again.

Customer service is great!! I had an issue with the first room and it was quickly handled. The location is good, staff is friendly, rooms are decent (not a fan of the refillable soap/shampoo dispenser). Plus the breakfast and kickback are a nice bonus. Just know it’s 3 complimentary bar drinks per day; somehow I missed this till the 5th night (final night of my stay). I would stay here again it’s a good value based hotel.
