Store on Burbank in Batin Rouge, La. Was cluttered all up with boxes in all of the isles.

The staff was very personable and professional. I found everything that I wanted. However, the store was disorganized and there were lots of boxes around. It was hard to find products without really searching. Overall, I would shop at this location again.

On Thursday, January 12, 2023 I need to go to a Dollar Tree 1839 Staring Lane so I Google and this location was give because it was close. But OMG when I walked in there (my first time at this store) no greeting from cashier, all every customer heard was this LOUD woman talking on her cell phone speaking her business over the whole store. No one in there knew her but we all knew her business and the people she was speaking of. Unprofessional to the max. She need to be fired. There was NOTHING she could do to help, she even said "I can't leave my job". And check this out none of this had anything to do with her, but the person(s) and Child Family Services at the other person home was her business. Not only that a high schooler came into work, she was on her cell phone with management asking for a schedule change to work Saturday because of her school matter. This LOUD woman cashier got off her call and got all up in this young lady business and saying out loud, "you just ask for your schedule to be changed and you want another one". This had nothing to do with her but this LOUD woman made it her business. Talking to the top of her voice about the young lady and her business. Y'all if at all possible PLEASE stay away from this store but, go if you love or like horrible customer service. Your choice. I'm not. Stars a huge Zero the one star equal a zero to me.

Never stocked up the smell in the store is horrendous and that's putting it polite and the customer service is worse than the smell
