Went in for a quick air pressure rebalancing and the staff helped 2 customers that walked in after me.
I bought over $1300 worth of tires and services and I feel I was treated wrongly.
I walked out.
I took care of the tires MYSELF, but it's a service that is supposed to be supplied by them.

Super nice and helpful staff. I had a screw stuck in my tread near the sidewall. They pulled it out and checked to make sure it wasn't leaking. It wasn't and they sent me on my way and told me if anything came up to come back.

The new bluebonnet store was closer to where I live. However one of the agents were pretty rude to me. So I drove across town on a spare tire, to the Florida Blvd location. Cam helped me, gave great customer service. Had me took care of in 30-40 mins. With a great price. It’s just a better atmosphere at the Florida Blvd store overall. Ask for Cam!

Dropped in for tire rotation. Although store was busy with customers ahead of me, received courteous, focused attention. The modest wait was explained in advance. They finished the job earlier than projected. Fast, courteous, friendly, did what they promised. Was impressed with efficient way they handled waiting customers. Don't know how they handled the load so well. Very pleased with experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Discount Tire Baton Rouge was phenomenal. I called first thing this morning after getting a nail in my tire. They confirmed they had the tire set aside for me and that it would be covered under the tire certificate. I drove from New Orleans to see them. They filled my spare up and put it back in its place as well. Thank you so much Tyler and the Discount Tire staff, I will be back!

Cameron and Alex were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. When I had a side cut on a new car's factory tire, they ordered and replaced it within 24 hours. Alex also recommended purchasing a certificate for all four tires, which could save me a lot in the future. I highly recommend their service!

I came here on my break for a slow leak in my tire and I was greeting immediately and serviced within 5min by someone named Quincy he was very informative about the time frame to get me back to work on time, he was able to get my tired plugged quickly, and checked all my other tires as well the service was so professional I couldn't believe I was getting this type of service in Baton Rouge. 10/10 will be back

I don’t know why anybody would use a different tire shop than discount tire. No matter what state or location I go to, the customer service is always second to none. I blew out two tires and damaged a rim while driving on the interstate through Louisiana and Cameron hooked me up with 4 new wheels and tires at a very fair price. Discount does right by their customers and I’m a life long customer because of that.

I sent my wife in to get the rear tire on the passenger side.Check on our 4runner limited, 2020. (That was Purchased It discount tires) After checking the rear tire and placing it back on the vehicle, my wife noticed that that the middle cap on the front passenger side was missing. No one knows where it went. It was on The vehicle this morning before leaving our home. Still waiting for answers.
