“I've been searching unsuccessfully everywhere for a new set of Levi's jeans until I visited Macy's and found an excellent selection with a lot of help from the people working there. I bought two brand new Levi's and I'm so happy having finally been able to replace the old jeans that I bought 30 years ago and been wearing ever since! It's a great store!”
“The store associate, Miss Crystal, was fantastic! My husband and I had been to 4 different furniture stores that day and we decided to just stop in and see what BigLots had to offer. So happy we did! Miss Crystal was so helpful and so knowledgeable, she saved the day!! We found the perfect couch for our new home, the transaction was amazingly smooth, she set up delivery and not only did it come EARLY but there were NO issues AT ALL throughout the entire process! Definitely recommend this store and if you go ask for Miss Crystal- she is a 12 out of 10!!”

“I love Homewood one of my favorite places to pick up items for my home. They have large selections but are definitely always crowded. I was a little disappointed when I went to take an item back and had my receipt but I now had an updated card because my last one was stolen and was advised I can only get a store credit. To me there was no purpose in having my receipt. This policy should be changed”
“My toddler was having a royal meltdown in the checkout because she couldn't scan the yogurt. Two employees came over and helped her scan it & one pulled out her own wallet and got her some Cheetos. Their kindness meant a lot to all of us! Thank y'all!”

“I visited the Rouses on Drusilla today to get the steamed crab and shrimp platter. The very nice woman working behind the Seafood counter saw me looking at rack with the selection of packaged seafood. She asked me what I was looking for. I told that I wanted shrimp and Dungeness crabs but most had snow crabs as well. She said I have fresh batch coming out and I can fix a platter for you - just how you want it. She did a great job and was very professional. They were warm and only $11.99. Thank you Rouses!!”
“This Walmart is definitely better than most in the surrounding areas. They keep it nicely stocked and most people will usually have very little issue getting what they come for. As usual though they have way too few cashiers and the self checkout, while convenient, has its own issues. For one, there appears to be no way to enter multiple of the same items without scanning every one of them. They seem to have worked out most everything else though.”

“My favorite grocery store! And my daughters' favorite place for skincare, especially since they have a mini Ulta in there now. We've used the Target debit card for years so always get 5% off every purchase. I find the employees are very helpful. I do find that since their online ordering has picked up tremendously over the years, their customer service area inside is a little slower.
