I am a 65 year old woman. I have been using this pharmacy for a couple years. I've got to find another one. They never have my medication. I get the same medication every month and they can't get it in stock so I don't have to wait a week. I've even called and told them I was needing a refill and they never have them in.

This CVS location is AWFUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was trying to buy something with a CVS coupon (from the CVS coupon machine) and cashier refused to let me use the coupon (because the cashier would have to key in the numbers on the coupon) and the cashier refused to get the manager on duty. The cashier was rude and lazy !!!!!!!!!!! I will never go there again !!!!!! I went to another CVS location and the CVS cashier helped me without any problems.

Needs to be closed down, No one never ever answers the phone, even if and when there are employees there that could answer, nor is there a drive through line, the person working the check out line doesn’t know what their doing, the pharmacist has to stop an help them, by the time I’m seen my level of frustrated is extremely high never again, will I go back in this store

CVS #5319 Airline/Greenwell Springs is the most worst pharmacy in America! I discontinued my services at this location years ago, the drive thru NEVER OPEN, phone NEVER ANSWERED, and medication NEVER IN STOCK! However, on Wednesday November 2, 2022, @ 4:45pm, I took a huge risk of going there to pick up my daughters medication and LOW AND BEHOLD, they are with the SAME SHENANIGANS after all these years! At 4:45 pm DRIVE THRU CLOSED, I go inside and gate partially pulled down and young lady sticks her head from underneath and says "WE'RE CLOSED". at 4:45PM despite the sign saying new hours effective JULY 2022 " 9AM-6PM! Make it make sense! My daughter NEEDS her medication! THIS STORE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! WELL CORRECTION THE "PHARMACY" IS THE WORST!

Staff is very courteous & friendly. Store is clean & orderly. Prices are very high on some items whereas sale items are good.
