Phone calls sit on hold for at least a half hour. Short handed all the time. Takes 5 minutes for the staff to even recognize that someone is waiting for help.

I can always rely on CVS to have the medications I need for the various medical conditions I'm overcoming. I appreciate the team at this CVS location. They are sometimes understaffed; but, very reliable. I'm grateful to have this location as an option. Thanks for all you do!

If Lunch break is from 1:30 pm to 2 pmAnd it is now 2:10 pm they need extra help or a new clock!! I wish CVS would come in and get new employees!! This is highly inconvenient! Not the first nor 2nd time this is an on going issue

Every time I call I'm on hold for at least 30 minutes, and once for more than an hour. They don't have prescriptions in stock randomly and have to order them and say they'll be there in a couple of days and two weeks later they still don't have them (or have them and forgot to call and tell you for a week which is what happened to me). Bar none, the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with.

How are you supposed to refill a script when they won't answer the phone?! This is the worst location out of all of them!

The Cvs in target is the worst. The staff is continually changing. I needed a prescription for my doctor and they ordered it. I went back the next day and they said they were to under staffed to unpack the boxes so I would have to wait another day for the prescription.

I went to this pharmacy yesterday (12/29/21), for some head decongestant only medicine, but was given unknowningly some medicine with some NSAID in it. I didn't think anything of it at the time, because I trusted them. When I got home I opened the bag to realize I wasn't given what I requested. Today (12/30/21), I went back to the pharmacy with the unopened medicine that they gave me with the receipt and I was told by the pharmacist "Shelby", that there was nothing she could do, except have me purchase the correct medicine I wanted. I said that was unacceptable, you should have give me the correct medicine in the first place. So, in the end I'm out $13.00. I told her I'm done and I won't be back to give them anymore business. I also, complained to the Target store manager "Courtney", because the CVS Pharmacy is inside the Target store. Courtney said she would relay my complaint to CVS corporate headquarters.

I am always well taken care of by this Millerville crew. I stopped shopping at CVS years ago because the service was so poor! I begged my target crew to make sure they didn't "change"~ I have not ever been disappointed! The service is consistently perfect! It's like a Cheers episode. . . everybody knows my name. . . .and they are always glad I came! Thank you all for the amazing hoops that you jump through each day!

They are the most friendly helpful people. They remember your name, it’s just like a nice neighborhood pharmacy ????

Such a pleasant atmosphere. They make me feel like this is "my" pharmacy, extremely helpful and awesome people. I'd visit every day if I could just to see their smiles and hear their voices.

I have used the Target pharmacy, now CVS, exclusively for at least 8 years. I have NEVER waited more than 25 minutes for a prescription to be filled. I also love the customer service.
