I absolutely adored my stay at the Crowne Plaza Executive Center Baton Rouge, an IHG Hotel! The spacious rooms were a delightful surprise, and the indoor pool was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Baton Rouge.
Rooms: Huge
Safety: Felt very safe
Food and drinks: Plenty of food choices with in walking distance
Noteworthy details: Indoor pool is open till 10pm. Awesome for the kids.

Rooms are dated and crappy. Our sink was broken, countertops stained and cracked, and lights didn’t work. The shower would only get lukewarm. ROOM SERVICE WAS INEDIBLE… gumbo was sour, salmon was so fishy we couldn’t eat it. Overall disappointed. Only reason it gets two stars is because there’s a Starbucks walking distance and Gino’s restaurant is walking distance.
Rooms: Horrible rooms. Desperately need remodeled. Our sink was broken. Countertops cracked and stained. Lights didn’t work. Shower was luke warm. So terrible.

Clean and very well maintained rooms. A couple of restaurants and fast-food options nearby, but after 10pm, good luck with finding good food!

Magnificent hotel with very nice rooms, very good breakfast, very large fitness room with numerous equipment and very pleasant outdoor swimming pool. Nice music in the elevators. Just missing a safe.

Make sure that you check you credit card charges. They double charged my credit card ?. Which they did correct.

Great hotel! Very clean! Check in was super quick and front staff was very friendly!
Tesla supercharger in the parking lot.
Very quiet even though it’s close to the road.

We came to this location on a business trip and normally accommodations at crown Plaza are great for what they charge but this location disappointed. The rooms were not very clean and the shower drain was backing up. Staff were not very courteous. Got to in the morning to grab a cup of coffee to be abruptly stopped by a staff member who informed me they stop serving coffee at 6 am and if I wanted some it would cost me $3. Very disappointing. Would not recommend this location.

So, other than the 16 people that were already in line when I arrived at the hotel, everything was smooth. I am just slightly IMPATIENT ?
STAFF WAS great, rooms were great, breakfast was good and I will def be back

Fantastic hotel for the price. Insane value. Comfortable rooms, great staff, good breakfast, and the best hotel gym you’ll ever see at any hotel at this level. Better than some actual gyms out there.
