“Let me start off with this, I notice a lot of complaints about Eaton Group, we are all adults and we understand that if we do not pay our bills it will be turned over to a Collection Agency. Eaton Group is doing there job to collect just like everyone complaining is doing there job for an income.So that being said, I have been paying a large debt for over a year and i am now close to the end of my payment arrangements they so kindly worked out for me and my budget, my credit score has gone up due to always being on time with my payments, I have on my credit excellent history n paying my bills.I have had a lot of hardship with my home being damaged by hurricanes or medical issues, and I simple picked up the phone and called Brandy Holloway who handlings my account and she ALWAYS works with me when I could not make my payment. I absolutely give EATON GROUP FIVE PLUS STARS AND RATE THEM AS EXCELLENT. It doesn’t take much to call them let them know you are n a hardship and they will work with you. So complaining and whining it only looks bad on your part because it basically shows how you do not mind spending the money on your credit cards but when it comes to paying you simply just do not pay your bills, and Eaton Group is doing there job to collect for the company you decided you would not pay your debt. I have been having an account with them for along time and NEVER NOT 1 TIME DID THEY HARASS ME FOR PAYMENT. I have a lot of respect for them and Brandy Holloway has always returned my calls and has only had empathy and respect for me when I had to lower my payment or miss a payment they helped me with my credit scores and have always shown empathy for me n my case with them. Yes i got behind on a credit card due to hardship so the credit card company hired Eaton Group to collect for them, so don’t throw stones at a company doing there job. So always be KIND SHOW RESPECT AND STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT EATON GROUP WHEN BASICALLY IT IS ONLY YOUR FAULT.JW”

“It's a decent bank, I honestly don't deal with them because the account I was eligible for has a monthly fee & I don't use the account. I just keep enough in the account to keep it open. I would've preferred the Rewards Checking account. But the biggest issue I have is, these Tellers addressing me by first name as if I'm their friend. I feel or thought Tellers were to address you by last name and to also put a Mr, Miss, Ms, or Mrs in front of it. I don't like that! I almost not answered whomever the teller was, when I was in the lane. Customer Service & respect in different professions sure has changed.”

“5 stars solely for the professionalism of Britney Holloway. I have been searching for a new car since February 27, 2023. She has been so patient, while I go from dealership to dealership looking for the right car. She was also very diligent as each time I asked for an increase or questions, she was always ready to help. She was consistent with following up- I never had to wonder about anything with her! She is so welcoming and nice, I felt like she was truly interested in giving me exactly what I needed and wanted as a young woman looking for a car on my own. I am extremely excited to say I drove off the lot with that brand new car on Monday, May 15, 2023 all because of Britney. I am so thankful for her services. She truly made my very scary process extremely seamless and for that I will forever be grateful. I have been a member of Campus Federal for 8 years, and will continue to be one because of representatives like Britney.”

It's a great place that always tries to greet you personally and by name when walking in to do business. “I've been banking here for six years. I'm always greeted politely at the door & able to deposit checks/money promptly. Of course there will be a wait if you want to speak with a clerk & it's a busy time (there are only three clerks available max) but that's just a part of banking with a smaller company. The entire staff is always very nice and accommodating & will remember your name if you visit frequently. The only issue I've ever had is with their online check deposits which usually get rejected or held in limbo for sometimes a week or more. That being said, I never have that issue when I go in person & my payroll checks are deposited immediately and in full. All in all this is a great place to bank filled with absolutely lovely people so give them a bit of grace if you visit & they're busy.”

“Absolutely awful customer service - do not use this credit union- I originally left one star.I came back to this review to update.I had a mobile check that was denied for deposit and I was originally told that it was because it was a paper check. Very long story short; Campus federal reached out to me to say they had listened to the audio of my phone call and I was in fact given in correct information. They went out of their way to accommodate me and make my experience a positive one.We all mess up. But a company that is willing to accept that, learn from their mistakes and improve will continue to get my business.Thank you Campus Federal for making it right.”
