Bundled cell phone with internet for better monthly pricing & switched to Cox. Phone still not working. Had to pay another month with previous provider to have service, but Cox manager promised a credit on first bill for troubles. We will see when I go into the store in Florida this evening. First bill has arrived.

Awful experience with everything. Not necessarily specific to the store but with Cox. Unfortunately this location is the "location" that I have to deal with. Routing all through their departments with no one having any idea what I am talking about when asking for a static IP address.

GET AT&T INSTEAD!!!!! If I could give cox 0 stars, I would. The WHOLE time we've had cox it was absolutely terrible and did not work at all, when we cut the service off over the phone, they billed me for the next month and asked for "proof." Didn't we talk to you guys? What happened to our messages over the apps begging you guys to come fix the modem? Why don't they have any records of our conversations?

If I could leave negative stars I would. We pay for the highest service they have and depend on the Internet for our business. Service is down more than it’s working. Having to use use mobile devices as hot spots. Tech support is nothing but a waste of time on hold

This company is a joke. Every single night my internet is disrupted. And I do mean every... single... night. If you work from home, I DO NOT recommend Cox.

Although we are having trouble with the Internet at our home, we definitely have no complaints as far as customer service! In the store they treated us well, we had less than five minutes wait time, and it was quick, prompt service. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes with a new modem.

Worst internet service provider in the USA. When my internet dropped, cox was unable to get it back up. All that the tech on the phone told me was, "Oh well." So, when I canceled my service, they couldn't understand why I would do such a thing. I went with REV, and I have true 1 gig up and 1 gig down. Plus, it costs less than Cox.

Cox prices are ridiculously high ($$$/mo.). They need competition to regulate. Cable and internet work, but their line-up is not the best. For all the money it costs, they should have better tv programs. Plus-side...if you call, they will come out to correct internet/cable issues.

Cox is Cox, I came here to pay a bill. The lines were long, but they move pretty quickly. There's also a kiosk that takes payment.

They met me at the door . I didnt have to wait in line or anything. Returning the equipment was easy and effortless
