Pretty short lines and close in proximity to I-10. This is a good 4 hr stop from Houston. Gas lines are still two pumps per lane, which is slightly behind the curve.

I simply wanted a guest pass to peruse Costco's offerings but was told at the membership desk that they do not provide guest passes. I then called a manager via mobile and he began to tell me that some come in to take advantage of tires, food, etc... Huh? To purchase tires you need a membership and I pass pretty good restaurants to buy a or . So, I'm denied entrance to a store because I'm up to mischief?? I think that it's who shows up requesting this pass; I'll find out from the corporate office though but if that's the case, I say, shop Sam's - guest passes, scan and go, and they love to SLL of us spend our money.

I joined Costco earlier this year and liked the prices. I started purchasing several items that I use regularly at a really good price. I go back to replenish the items and now they don't carry them anymore. I was told "we have those items in stock." Where? They are nowhere to be found. And now, another item I was purchasing there is no longer available. One thing about Sam's Club, they keep merchandise for a very long time before they can no longer get it at a good price to pass on to its customers. I am really disappointed. I'm sure the last two items I purchase on a regular basis will disappear like the others. I doubt I will renew the membership. Another thing, they don't offer curbside pickup or scan and go - two of Sam's Club's features that I use frequently.

6/15/2023: Discriminatory practices to customers by employees working the check out that store management could not answer for. We've been members since the Baton Rouge location first opened. Currently waiting to hear back from Costco's corporate management regarding this issue.6/27/2023: 12 days later and multiple attempts at communicating with Costco's corporate management, and still have not received any response.

This one is similar to the one near us in Columbia MD though this one carries a good selection of wine and some common beers. My one knock is the parking lot is small and with a 29' RV it was less spacious than we're used to at Costco. I was surprised we had the company of another two dozen masked shoppers.

Great prices, huge selections and although I normally seem to shop at the same time everyone else does; checkout is always fast and the associates are courteous and helpful.

Family went to Costco for a routine pantry re-stock. Walking and exploring what's new in Costco is always an experience. After walking around for sometime we're we're hungry. These were a great surprise to find! These were so yummy, we ate some in the car. We even had some with I dinner that night.

I don't understand why anyone shops here. The "other " warehouse store's self checkout is enough of a benefit to cancel this membership. This pic is the line just an average weekday afternoon

What is going on with the Tire Center? I ordered tires online. Someone called and said the tires were in and made an installation appointment. Great. We show up at Costco. No appointment on the books, but we can wait "hours" to get them installed. My husband says, "Make sure the tires are actually here." Worker confirms they are. We make yet another appointment. On the way home, I tell my husband: "This is not the way businesses are supposed to operate. The mistake was theirs yet we're responsible for the consequences." Later that week, we show up for the tire installation. Appointment is now on the books ... but the tires haven't arrived yet. WTH? We were told they were there. Worker tries to talk my husband into buying four more tires and trying to get a refund for the tires we've already paid for online. Well, no. You need to give us the tires in stock and replenish your inventory with the other tires once they arrive - especially since you told us days earlier that the tires had arrived and then confirmed it. Did they roll away? It's like dealing with really inept members of a criminal unit. I don't know what's going on, but it's shady as heck.

I absolutely love Costco. It's my go to for bulk items I use a lot, such as milk, eggs, cheese, etc.

They required me to make appointment for tire installation. They told with appointment my wait time will be 1 to 1.5 hours instead of 3 hours. So I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time to check in. Instead of waiting just 1-1.5 hrs, my car was done after 3 hours. To add to the injury, many cars got in after me finishing before me. Although I got the shaft, I still said thanks many times to them but I got cold shoulder with no response. I guess that is just typical Costco's employees' attitude which I have been experienced for 22 years I have been with Costco

I enjoy shopping at this Costco. This trip was for my tire service. Didn't realize it was a holiday weekend when my appointment was scheduled so had a longer wait time due to so many people getting their car serviced. Great experience overall. I was able to work at one of the cafe tables on my tablet and made great use of my time.

The four tires on this car were bought at this Baton Rouge Costco. One of those tires had a slow leak.I made an appointment to have the slow leak repaired, and was offered a free rotation with the repair.Get the car back, drive around for about 2 weeks and the low tire pressure dash light is still on.Not only that, but something happened to one of my cars lights and it now has a short.Checked the pressure on all 4 tires, and the problem tire wasn't fixed: the measure was significantly lower than the other three.I called to schedule another appointment.Take the car in, was told it would take 45 minutes to one hour.I grab a basket, pace myself during a shop inside the store. Its been about 1 hour 15 minutes. No call for a car pick up.Checked out and waited at the Tire Shop register area for two more hours.Three hours is WAAAYYYYY to long to have to wait for a simple puncture repair. Especially when you're told 45 minutes to one hour.Despite buying the tires at Costco and having the benefit of complimentary rotations and repairs, I think i'll just go elsewhere and pay for a faster, more efficient repair in the future.Costco Tire Center has total disrespect for the customer's time.

They just can't get it together. They don't have enough cashiers. They won't do a scan and go procedure because of the union'. the attitude in there he is "members are lucky to be here instead of we're all in this together'"? Sad actually.

On the way home from work my husband got a light on his truck saying his tire was low. He pulled into Costco, off of Airline in Baton Rouge to see if he could get it checked. All the doors were open and people were walking around and they weren't busy. There were bays open, so after looking at his tire and seeing a nail, he walked in to ask if someone could do a patch. He was told even with a membership, he would have to make an appointment for tomorrow. Good thing we weren't traveling or we would be parking in their lot for the night, with a flat tire. Now my husband has to be late to work, because he has to find a place to fix it in the morning. What happened to Costco website saying "Walk-in-tire-business is Welcome" not to mention they don't close till 8:30 pm. This is truly sad in business customer service.
