I had a pleasant experience when it came to shopping for, and purchasing products at Conn's. The sales associate who assisted me was not only very knowledgeable of the products and brands that I was interested in perusing before making final buying decisions, he was also very helpful when he presented the payment options. He really took the time to explain and re-explain, if needed, what those payment options specifically entailed. He ensured that I fully understood the aforementioned options available to me before I left the store. I unequivocally would suggest to ANYONE at ANYTIME to highly consider making Conn's their number one, if not the only one, electronics store when it comes to getting the best deals on top of the line, quality products.

I dont know how these people have 4.6 stars. Someone has to be lying for them. The worst company ever. I purchased 5 items, which 2 of the items were coming up higher than the shelf price. Instead of the price being honored we still were charged the higher price. 85 inch TV displayed for 1999 was charged 2199. 65 inch TV displayed for 699 but was being charged 879. So, I pick a TV for 699 because again the price was not honored. Its not our fault that they are not doing their job in changing prices. I called for the store manager twice. She was to busy to come to the phone because she was during a store reset. I left message for her to call me back. Still waiting for that call. I'm puzzled. They are horrible.

This rating is simply based on customer service at the Airline Hwy location. I walked into the store 2 different times. The first time I walked in the store by myself was in the store over 30 mins wasn't greeted wasn't asked if I needed help and wasn't asked what brings you to Conns today. Did I hear others being asked yes do think it's anything other than a lack of professionalism, no I dont. So the second time go back to the same store with my wife. What happen the exact same thing. So I drove across the city to the mall blvd location wish I would have went there first this wouldn't have been such a lengthy post. Immediately upon entering the store Kaylah was on it. Shout to you Kaylah in short if your looking to purchase from conns use the mall blvd location the airline hwy location is a 1 out of 5 when it comes to customer service. The mall blvd location is the complete opposite in my honest opinion. Ps after leaving the Airline location there was a young man that walked out to greet us me wife in the parking lot as we were entering the vehicle it was too little to late but he did try so I'm not knocking the individually bc I did see ppl helping g ppl each time but those that were just standing there. I not sure if there's anything good I can pull from the Airline location.
