Overpriced parts generic Chinese junk that is cheaper online, don't waste your time here. Even brand name components are too expensive, no wonder they have been sitting on shelves for so long...Also repairs are designed to be enormous amounts of money for stuff you could do yourself...

Computer Heaven manages our network and does an amazing job to keep everything backed up. Just today we thought we lost some important files and Hansen was able to retrieve them within minutes. THANK YOU!

The staff was very patient with me. They offered a pleasant experience where I gained a bit of knowledge and attempted something knew (even if it didn't work out, but again, they were patient with me). Would recommend this place for people who are unsure of what to buy or looking for a good deal!

Everything is overpriced, some stuff is double or triple the price literally anywhere. An RTX 4090 for $2500? Are you kidding me? They're $1600. Complete scam of a store.

Our IT guy is Hansen and I have to tell you he has saved my many times. He is just a phone call away and jumps right on the problem. He has been our IT guy for several years. Also, Computer Heaven deserves a shout out. A few years ago I bought a computer from them and had a lightning strike our house and blew up the computer. They exchanged it, no questions! Our coupany has bought several items from them and have always been pleased with the service. Their prices aren't bad either and they are easy to find.

I called to ask if they could do a job for me. On the phone I was told they could do the job and that it would cost $20. As a result, I proceed to drive 20+ minutes across town. When I arrived I was told it would be a 3 day wait unless I wanted to pay an extra $100 to expedite the request. I found this to be incredibly unprofessional. I would give 0 stars, but unfortunately google won’t allow that.

Extremely overpriced. Avoid this place if you care about the prices. Everything is way higher than any other retailer.Friendly employees helped me look around and try some products on sales floor.However when it came time to make a purchase I was stunned to find out the premium they want.
