Heather McCarroll has been wonderful. She presented options to me and helped me save approximately $75 per month on my auto policy AND I added a renter's policy and still saved $50 per month from my previous carrier. Looking for homeowners insurance in Louisiana has been quite a process but Geri made it straightforward and really helped us every step of the way. She worked to give us as much information and as many options as possible and was kind and encouraging throughout. Would highly recommend!

I absolutely love Kayla. She has been working with me for several years, helping me with ALL my insurance needs. She is bubbly and brilliant and always makes me smile (even when she's calling to tell me I'm late). I've used Cliff Ourso State Farm for about 2 years now for Home & Auto insurance.
They are the absolute BEST.
Recently had engine trouble with my daughters vehicle, and the Ourso team responded quickly and professionally to arrange towing.

Ms Amanda gave me a call to inform me of my insurance changes , and the options available . All I can say is AMAZING!! She explained every thing very throughly for each person and she made sure I understood before getting off the phone every concern or question that I may have had even the ones that were previously asked. She was very pleasant and really took the time to be very knowledgeable about my concerns. I have been a customer with Cliff Ourso and staff for a while ,and have received nothing but great service from everyone but if I knew back then the information I received while talking with Ms Amanda in such detail I would have made a better choice then.

I initially contacted Cliff Ourso's group to simply get a quote as my current insurance (with another company) continued to increase. In speaking with Ann, she asked me about my needs and concerns about my current policy. She was extremely professional, interested, and seemed to understand exactly what I needed and didn't try to over sell me on coverage. Within, what I consider, a very brief time...she was able to give me options and quotes for my home and auto, explaining the discounts, savings and reasons for pricings. Well long story short, I now have coverage with State Farm as a result of the service and professionalism that I received from Ann. It was a very refreshing experience and I look forward to many years of working with her for my insurance needs.
