Open 24 hours supposedly with window only service after 9pm. The attendant ignored me at the window and disappeared into the back and I gave up.

Don't forget to leave your bag at the door. It's such a shame to have a few good workers hard work to keep a place nice go to waste. This awful rude woman I've never seen before wanted me to leave my backpack by the door, for just anyone to take, because she was paranoid someone was going to steal a nutrigrain bar. I've happily bought snacks and drinks here near daily, but now I'm never going back. You can thank the woman who was working on October 1st, around 8:30am.

I went in to buy Community Coffee Iced Latte and the Siri price was $1.99 but it rang up $2.79! I showed it to her on the shelf and she said the price went up. Then she said "do you want it or not?" I did so I paid it. Grrr.

My pay-at-the-pump wasn't working so I had to go inside and face a line. Overall for a Circle K in Baton Rouge this was amazing. It was clean, stocked and staffed. And the cashier was polite.

Myself and a coworker went to purchase some beer last night around 10pm. They had 1 cooler compartment which had roughly 5 kinds of beer in it. The larger main cooler was locked. We asked the cashier if they had a certain kind and she screamed at us saying she didn't know. We asked if she could unlock the cooler so we could check and again she yelled at us. She said she didn't have the key and she wouldn't unlock it anyway because too many people steal cases of beer out of it. Correct me if I'm wrong but how do you not notice someone walking out the door with an entire case of beer. She told us to pick from what was in the smaller cooler or do without. She was arguing with my coworker about this the entire 10 minutes we were there simply because he asked for a certain beer. Not polite in any way. Multiple people came in the store during this time and saw what was happening and in turn left as we should have. Worst customer service I think I've ever had. She was unbelievably rude and unprofessional for no reason. This store should be ashamed of her behavior. There is no reason or excuse for her attitude, disrespect, unprofessionalism, or demeanor. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

The employee is very mean and rude. Today is 10/10/2018, the girl working there （I don't know her name） laughed at my accent. Very rude. I won't go back no more. If you don't speak pure American English, don't go there.

This is a place that does not value customer service. They do not keep receipt paper refilled in their pumps. When asking for which pump I pointed to the direction of the pump. She offered no assistance nor apology and only directed me to go back outside to retrieve the pump number. Making me get out of line and back in, to extend my visit even further. The pumps are slow making you view their ads on the pump TV. A visit that should have only taken 15 minutes took 30. I have visited many circle K's and find that this happens frequently.
