Over 50% of the pumps are bagged on Saturday morning. Automatic pump fill level is broken off pump 14. The labels on the pump asking “how was your visit” go to dead websites that don’t work. Store is not well-maintained.

I stopped by this location at 1:30pm. The cashier is one of the rudest people I’ve encountered in many years. Arrogant, angry at something and extremely rude. Get your stuff together. Customer service is not that difficult.

This store has the rudest clerks. Their attitudes are horrible. They got rid of one that was horrible and now has another that is almost just as bad. Management here obviously does not value customer service

I also would like to share my experience, and I agree with the review below. This place is not to serve even one star. Generally, it’s a pretty good experience but what I saw and experience today blew my mind. It is rush-hour. it is 3:50 PM and there is a line of approximately eight people. One employee is behind the counter. He’s moving pretty slow but him being the only person checking people out is not his fault. There are several other employees in the nearby area, including one woman with short black hair, who is standing and watching him handle all of the different customers in line. She stands there and watches. All of us were standing in line going on 10 minutes and she does absolutely nothing . Everyone is unfriendly and no other employee (despite there being more than one standing around) does anything to help the employee checking out the customers. I finally left because after a long day at work, I actually would like to get home sometime, so I decided to get my gas elsewhere. Complete waste of time. Find another place to get your gas.

Oh my goodness. Lorenzo IS VERY INCOMPETENT, bad attitude, and NEEDS TO BE FIRED ! His manager verigil is right behind him. Just nasty attitude for NO reason.

There is a clerk that I’m not sure is make or female. They are so rude every time I go in. I’ve even witnessed him/her being rude to the manager and making rude gestures behind her back. This person is so disrespectful. I refuse to go in as long as this thing is working

I actually give 0 stars. This store has the rudest person (not sure if male or female) working the counter. He/she is beyond unfriendly. It antagonizes customers and is rude to other staff and management in front of everyone. A miserable person spreading their misery around to everyone else. So sad that it is tolerated. Never going back in there again to witness or be treated that way.

I would like to share my experience today at 5857 Essen Lane Baton Rouge Louisiana.First it does not deserve a star I have had one of the most traumatic experience here at this location it all began when I started to use my reward card the buttons on the gas pump 4 does not work I press the button several times NO then my request was declined after several times of pressing the button NO to use my rewards I tried again still no change from the screen so I proceeded to pump 3 pump 3 was the same complaint then I drove up to pump 1 same complaint then I drove around to pump 6. I asked a customer was she having difficulty using the buttons selections and she said yes I got to pump 6 same complaint I had to walk into the building but before doing this I called into the store approximately 10 times and no one answered because I needed assistance I'm handicapped and I was having excruciating pain walking into the building when I got there there were two young ladies in the service station one at the register and the other was cleaning the fountain machine area I asked for a manager to complain about the buttons I was told that several of them were not workingI feel that there should be signs to indicate that to customers like myself because it was very difficult to walk I was in excruciating pain to walk in today and I feel that this is unacceptableI was told by the manager that they were too busy to answer the telephone.For my inconvenience I wasn't even offered a fountain drink or anything .I slowly walked away in great pain and disappointment.I was under the impression and the purpose of outside pay would be convenient for people like myself to pay pump get your receipt then goI actually stayed at pump 6 for almost 30 minutes trying to gain Mobility from walking into the store to drive away?? ????

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! As we’re in the check out line, the cashier is asking the person ahead of us if he was high in front of everyone!! The customer proceeded to go off on him and told him that he’d wait outside for him and “light this place up”!!! Cashier then proceeded to try to tell us what just happened and tried to defend himself as if we weren’t right there!!!!!
