i live close so i come here all the time. customer service is usually average but today a man who “picks up shifts” im assuming from one of those apps, was sitting outside & insisted on putting my air in my tire for me. he needs a full time position asap! the sweetest ever.

I just went there to get a carton of cigarettes where they recently advertised having the lowest carton prices in town. I ask for a carton and the little girl behind the counter says, "Oh. I can't sell no cartons today." I said, "Excuse me. What?" She said, "It will throw our count off." How? There are 10 packs in a carton. If you can sell packs, you CAN sell cartons. I have never ever heard of a business like this refusing to make sales because it would throw off inventory. Never! I'd like to hear from the owner about this one. Honestly. You lost out on a much bigger sale. I only purchased 2 packs because of this. So thats an 8 pack loss at about $8 a pack. So that's around $64. ? Not a very good sales move, is it?

There is a lady who works evening shifts on Floynell - I have run into her maybe 6-8 times and she consistently has the worst customer service I think I've ever experienced. That's saying something being in Louisiana!She is always giving a nasty look, literally has never said a word, and just stares at you when you say hello or when you ask for something. It is honestly astonishing and unacceptable

The store at Hy 190 and Burges avenue in Denham Springs, has went down so bad in the last two month’s. This store HAD the most friendly workers around. The store was always stocked well. And clean. Now it looks like it belongs in the slums of a big city. Drink machines smell sour, the store has trash everywhere. Inside and out. Gas pump doesn’t work, no change for large bills, even if you are trying to pump $60.00 in gas’s plus a drink and snack. I’m finished with the store. Want be back. I’ll deal with the Indian store next door. ??????

On Wednesday morning about 9:30 I stopped by the circle k on airline and highland to get gas -I went inside the store to ask the cashier why is it that whenever I use my card it says see cashier- she went on to try to explain what I was doing wrong very rudely and at the end of her explanation it still was wrong so I corrected her and told her what the pump was reading as I was walking out she called me rude as if I wouldn’t hear her -so let me say this no matter what your job is do it at your best ability no matter if you are making 5 dollars a hour our 5,000 dollars a hour it’s rude people like this that would ruin your business and when I told her I was going to report her she replied please do I’m pretty sure this is her demeanor at all times don’t lose your business because you have ignorant workers in your establishment this behavior represents your establishment. Just Saying!!!!!!

The girls at this circle k, and the 2 men that I've seen, are super friendly. It's a boring job at times, but even when my favorite girl is using her phone, she does so while appropriate. While I'm standing infront of her, she ignores the phone and is completely involved with my needs, and my conversation. I appreciate the rules of no cell phone use, so I won't say her name, but sometimes a little verbal (or texting) stimulation is what you need to get thru the workday. So, keep using your phone, honey, as long as you stay responsible while checking me out! Also, I would like to give just a small bit of constructive criticism: please label the tequitos properly! I've been craving a pepper jack cheese one, and 3 times I've gone to get one. Every single trip I bit into a pepperoni pizza taquito, and they're not bad at all, but there isn't even a label for pizza, so I wasn't expecting it!! Pleeeease fix that small little issue!! Keep up the great attitudes and smiling faces! I'll see yall tomorrow!! :)

Top shelf in all ways. An outstanding manager has made this a great place to do business. As a convenience store, this Circle K is expensive but here are alway inexpensive options. The coffee service is attractive as are the outsourced pastries. This store is immaculate. The expiration dates are up-to-date. The staff now all seem to like working here. The new chain improvements are terrific.
