This has to be the worst customer service chase branch I have ever walked into. They seem they don't care at all. They have employees standing around on the floor and with 1 cashiers available to deal with a line going as far as back of the branch. What happened to opening the other windows to get ppl in and out. They will be having alot of customers ? when they don't receive what is expected out of Chase Bank. I won't be stopping here again that's for sure.

I walk in and wait in the teller line to let them know I need to open an account (since they have no clipboard). The lady told me to go wait in the lobby and “someone will be right with you”. As I sit there waiting, no one acknowledges me or tells me anything. A banker was right next to me working with a customer, but never even looked my direction. Another banker was right across from me in his office with the door closed. Another banker was in her office to the right of me with the door closed. Another banker walked right past me through the lobby to another office. I was not acknowledged by anyone for 20 minutes. I was extremely disappointed as the Kenner branch has always been great and welcoming to me. After waiting and waiting and waiting with no one giving me any idea of wait time or anything, I stood up. The female banker whose office was to the right of me, suddenly opens her door and comes out and asked me what I need. I told her I wanted to open an account. Her response was, “have you tried doing it online?” I said, “I didn’t want to do it online, that’s why I came in person. I wanted to work with a person and open it now.” She made a pouty face and said, “Aw. The process typically takes an hour and a half so you can do it online or we can schedule something for another day.” This was at 3 PM. I calmly told her that I had been sitting there waiting for 20 minutes and I would like to get the account open today and again she repeated, “just do it online or I can schedule something for you”. So I told her I’ll just do it online and I left. She obviously didn’t want to help me and no one else there did either. Maybe I wasn’t wearing the right clothes. Don’t visit this branch if you wear Muslim attire because no one is willing to help you. You’ll waste time that you don’t get back and leave angry. If I wanted to make the account online, I could’ve done it in that 20 minutes that I was waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence. Chase needs to rethink their choice of staff.

They have bad attention waiting for people without asking what they need after the time has passed they say that they are busy and that they take appointments when they are only on the phone locked in the offices and everything can be seen through the glass

Horrible- I lost my wallet, they would not let me use la wallet to get money out my account. Furthermore this location always has atms not working. Nice people but horrible policies and no help whatsoever- use smaller banks locally owned

This is a nice new location but I miss the convenient locations on Government Street in Mid City, Florida Blvd at Lobdell and the drive through location downtown so I'm forced to use this branch. The lines here at very long no matter what time of day you go there and the drive thru atm's are often broken and the atm on the interior of the building usually has a line out the door. While I've always liked banking with Chase, these little inconveniences (like the Chase location on Perkins Road being horribly slow as well) are starting to add up and I may have to move my money somewhere else. Here's what the atm normally looks like. I just left this branch and there were 7 cars in line to use the one functioning atm. Not acceptable! Do better Chase!

Every time I've gone here theres a line to the door regardless of time or day. And always at least one empty cashier station . Staff your branch
