Deposited my check on Saturday morning I know it’s not a business bay but they had all day to contact the bank it was drawn on but here it is Monday night and they still haven’t made my funds available the lie I have a trust drawing internet 8 years ago worth 1.5 million I was going to transfer it to chase but screw them the manager over at the Sherwood branch is a joke. I just opened this account and Tuesday I will close it

Wanted to give a huge compliment on lashandras excellent customer service. She really was super pleasant and helpful when I showed up 5 minutes to close after losing my debit card and needing cash ti get home. Lashandra was super genuine when I apologized about coming last minute by saying it was no trouble at all. She even took more time and did not rush me by showing me how to download card on my app. Overall, a great experience. Keep up the great work!!

Dominique could use some lessons on customer service & chase policy regarding deposits. Been banking with chase for ages, never have to fill out a deposit slip. Just hand them the checks and my business debit card. But according to Dominique, that can’t be done. It takes her less time to put my card in the machine than for me to have to fill out a deposit slip for multiple checks & find my account number. Super annoying.

The small one so they take longer to serve you and in everything that is customer service. The ATM is out of service on several occasions. It is in a good location but they need to enlarge the place. Cleaning is so good. Customer treatment is tense.

Came here 30 mins before closing on May 21st to open a checking account. Was sent away and told they were “too busy” to assist me and told me to come back NEXT WEEK. I work during the week which is why I came on a Saturday and drove 30 mins in traffic to get there just to be turned away! No longer opening an account with Chase.
