I try avoiding this location at all cost . There's this long dark red haired lady that works here that always has a sarcastic,snappy stick in the mud attitude. I don't know if she's like that to everyone but she gives me bad vibes everytime going there. Maybe the manager or the VP needs to evaluate her ?

Before moving away from Baton Rouge I went and asked a clerk if I could close the account by phone and he said yes. It has been 3 weeks since I have been dealing with customer service and my account is still not canceled. Any other bank I have dealt with close your account right away. These people just want your money and making your life miserable. Stressful, unaceptable and terrible terrible terrible. These people are basically forcing me to stay on business with them. Worst customer service. Worst bank I have ever dealt with.

The best customer service I have received at any bank that I've ever gone to. The tellers are so sweet and knowledgable; they're always in a good mood and I leave in a better mood- whether I'm putting money in or taking money out. I would go to brunch with these people!!!
