Jonathan Alexander helped me. He was professional and fast but was also funny and nice. Everyone in the branch today was very nice and professional and I accomplished exactly what I needed to!

Bad customer service at this branch. After scheduling a meeting, I was made to wait for 25 mins past the scheduled time (I was 15 mins early, so make that 40 mins of waiting.) After that, when confronted, banker named Jonathan was unapologetic (he said the words, but it was clearly dishonest) and even sarcastic. He was helping another customer, which is fine, but then don't make people schedule an appointment and have them leave work early. It was a waste of time. I left without opening an account.

This ATM is convenient for when you run out of cash that does not have a large cap on limit withdrawal. The fees associated with it are very high though. You cannot beat how it is so conveniently placed. It is in a safely lit area as well.

I only bank at Chase because it is an account for an organization I am in, otherwise I would never set foot in there again. They have a horrible teller named Francheska, she is rude and gives so much unnecessary attitude. If you can't be nice to people, you should not have a job in customer service. Every time I go in there, she is super disrespectful. Today I accidentally had a mistake in my math on my deposit slip and she gave me such attitude instead of just fixing it and moving on. I'm actually considering moving our account to Campus Federal, just so I never have to speak to that woman again.
