All banks do is keep you in the red bc thats why they charge service fees because if you dont use your card, they take money off of it and you eventually will be broke. Then they close the account. That's how these banks stay in business and im tired of making the rich get richer. The hidden fees make it worse. You don't see them until it's too late. The monthly service fee is $4.95 and hidden fees are even higher. Utterly ridiculous.

Needs to be updated. ATM machines look dingy and they removed the one that gives you large bills.

Went there to open an account today at around 2pm (they close at 5) and was turned down bc they only had one banker and "she wouldn't be done with me on time" this is why I choose Capital One, they would never turn a new customer around. Also I called at 11 before I went.
