I just came get some "play money" at this bank branch. The teller, I think his name was Koby, asked for identification. I gave it to him. He couldn't read it, cause it had a smudge at the left where my DL number was. Good thing I had my SS card. One more year until I get a new license and I have no hard feelings against Koby. He was doing his job and being cautious.

The girl behind the counter was less than private about my account while I was there.I wouldn't bank here. They charge for every single transaction. If you take any money out they get mad at you for it. That money doesn't belong to them. Doesn't matter how much it is. It's the principle of it.

This is the best Chase branch! The lady was so nice and friendly! She even gave me some red envelopes for the Lunar New Year! Love her already!

I often visit this location, mostly for the ATM use, which was to be expected. No issues depositing or withdrawing money from the ATM. I have had to go inside for service a few times as well. Each time I have gone inside, the staff are very friendly and attentive. I recently visited this bank to create a joint account, and the process went smoothly. We had to wait no more than 10 minutes for a previous customer to complete her business, but the Chase representative who handled my matter was very kind, explained things well (and in a way that wasnt belittling...English is not my husband's first, second,or third language but his level of English is fluent with the exception of misunderstanding more complex words), and humorous. We were able to share some humor with our representative, whoch made the entire visit so much better.I recommend this Chase Bank branch.

I used this location for the first time on 12/8/2020 since Chase closed their locations on Government St and Florida Blvd. I literally sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes behind a woman who obviously needed to go inside to complete her transaction. I’m not sure if this is the norm at this location but it’s ridiculous to wait that long. If other locations close, I’m moving my money to another bank!

This is a great bank. I used to be with Capital One on College Drive---you want to see a nightmare? Bank there. They took out all the desks people used to do the paperwork before they got to the teller, so now at Capital One, people have to do that work IN FRONT OF THE TELLER WHO IS JUST STANDING THERE DOING NOTHING. And so the line gets longer and longer. The female manager at Capital is atrociously inept, difficult to reason with and just plain stupid. So I yanked a couple hundred thousand out, closed that account down and went to Chase and I could not be happier. The young black man at the desk is SO WONDERFULLY patient and helpful in explaining things, the white woman manager who helped me setup my Sapphire Account was great and so personable, I wanted to invite her over to my house for dinner that night to meet my family. THIS CHASE BANK BRANCH IS HOW A BANK SHOULD BE RUN, and those stunning examples of THE PETER PRINCIPLE at that short-bus Capitol One Bank on College Drive should be forced to take a one-week apprenticeship at Chase and learn how a truly successful, personable, vibrant member of the Baton Rouge banking and business community is RUN!

Had a great experience with this bank. BJ has gone out of her way to help out with everything we have needed.

This used to be my 2nd fav Chase location until they closed the location inside the ALbertson's on College Dr. Now this is my 1st choice. I love the covered ATM access. So helpful on those windy, rain filled days. The employees are always personable and present when interacting with me. I like customer service people that pay attention to the customers. Call me old fashioned but anything less than giving the patron full attention is bad customer service. It's a small Branch but clean and staffed with good people. Don't hesitate to do business here.

Not very helpful staff. Needed to ask them to call their hotline and still not able to help with a trivial issue caused by one of their bankers while making changes to our account. Choose another bank!!!!
