I wouldn't have a Empty box in this storage, there were rats in a bag of clothes, that didn't even hop out until a bag dropped outside at the new home, he played dead, and took out running after a helper spotted him.Do not use this place for anything

I rented the storage at the end of the month, but realized that I wasn’t going to need it. I called and Ashlynne was SUPER helpful and awesome. Best customer service I’ve experienced over the phone in a long time.

I'd give negative stars if I could. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! No security. Gate rusted open and cameras broken. No one walks to check units. My daughters unit (and other units) was broken into and sat open for weeks/months. All her stuff was taken and not person from the facility reported it to her. She had to find out when the went to get her stuff when she was returning to college. They will not do anything to compensate her. That place is a joke. We will be pursing this in court.

My daughters ( and a bunch others) was broken into and sat open for weeks/months. All her stuff was taken and not one person from the facility contacted her. She had to find out when she went to get her stuff out to return to college. Contacted the tenent insurance and facility they wont do anything to compensate her, which is heartbreaking cause everything she had for college was in there. That place is a joke!!!! And they advertisie "they are a secure location" Will be persuing this in court!!! Police report filed. Good thing I take lots of very good pictures.

I generally try to give optimistic reviews, but there was very little for me to be happy about with my experience with this company. Thus the 1 star rating.If you use this storage, it is likely that your stuff will be stolen (at least from personal experience, and also based on another review). Security is very limited; I came a couple times where the gate was just completely unlocked and open, allowing anyone through. My lock was completely cut off and literally everything was taken, even things that weren't valuable. The surrounding area seems run-down and a little dangerous, and facility quality is not as good or secure as the pictures and website make it seem. I saw many units that had been opened and ransacked both when dropping my stuff off and when going to pick it up a few months later.In addition to this, customer service is "okay" at best; on multiple occasions I was on hold for more than 1/2 an hour trying to speak with someone, with no answer. To go with this, answers to emails are vague and don't always address everything you write about. I also faced issues closing my account/moving out, and was charged for an extra month (after I had finished using the storage) until I asked directly for a refund.If you do use this storage (which I do not recommend, given there are many other better places in BTR), I strongly encourage you to get insurance of some kind (this was a mistake I made, since I didn't think I needed insurance for only 3 months of storage). This place may be cheaper than others, but it is for a reason. Paying a little extra somewhere else is definitely worth the higher quality, more secure storage.

I have had the worst experience with tiger storage I have had my units 2 of them broken into. I have counted 23open units .I tried calling several times about the gate always open I even tried to rent the office so I could be near my tools,the owner never returned a call.so take it from me don't waste your time with this place nothing they say is true .Hurting

My storage unit as well as numerous others were broken into and we only discovered this when we went to visit the unit in person. No action was taken to inform myself or the other renters that our property had been stolen. The company has claimed that they have instated night watches yet the burglary went completely unnoticed.By no means should anyone engage in business with this company, they are negligent to say the least and clearly demonstrate a lack of concern for the people that rent from them and their belongings. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
