“Had to have a panel replaced on my Honda SUV so I needed a rental. For whatever reason, they gave me a black '22 Dodge Challenger. Didn't argue with them.
It was a fun 3 weeks while the collision place had lots of problems getting the right part in. I was kind of sad when the repair was done.
Very friendly people, and they worked with me a little on the daily insurance when my time estimate went several weeks over beyond my control.

I consistently get the best cars and service at the Baton Rouge, LA airport location, those guys really know what they're doing!”

“Our car rental experience at the Baton Rouge Airport was very professionally handled by the Budget Team. The team member at the counter was very polite and efficient. The customer checking in before us was very rude and demanding, and the Budget team member at the counter showed great patience with this customer, and then greeted us next warmly with a big smile when it was our turn to check in. That greatly impressed me because I don't know if I could have demonstrated that level of patience! Check in was also a very easy and quick experience, and our vehicle (Malibu sedan) was received in good order, very clean, and full of gas. All in all, a wonderful experience!! We plan on using Budget again during our next trip to Baton Rouge and for many years to come (our son will be a freshman at LSU this Fall). Randol T. Masters”
