Came to this branch for a cashier's check a few months back. Customer service was fast and the workers were so sweet. Keante was SO sweet with my daughter chatting about crystals while I filled out my form. Love coming here!

I SERIOUSLY wish I can give a -5 star, but unfortunately I had to give a 1 star, reason why, the customer service SUCK, I was in a dilemma and I asked a question of why the bank doesn't do the temporary cards anymore, " oh we just don't do that anymore, so I told her my card comes in on the 8, but my bills are due on the 1st and is there anyway you can help cuz I really need my credit card and other bills to pay.."well if you have another card or another way that you can pay"..no apology , no going the extra mile to really see what she can/could do, I called the 800 number and he apologized and gave me 2 options and I pick the 2nd option and he's sending my card within 2 to 3 business days so I can pay my bills on time??? and I told him about my LOCAL branch and that the customer service SUCKS and that he is the real MVP and I thanked him soo much for his help and taking the time out for his help, get it together Siegen Ln. branch, and I hope you read this review I left and thanks for not helping me, I totally appreciate it ?

I wish there was an option to give zero star to the branch on Seigen. We have the worst experience ever while withdrawing our money. The tellers had bad attitude, we were discriminated and humiliated by them. One of the teller put a restriction on my husband account for no reason. Worst customer service ever, loud and unprofessional. These people should not be dealing with humans. We only hope no one ever have to deal with what we faced at that branch, unfortunately as long as these people are still working there, it will only get worst.If you don’t have a lawyer before you go to that branch you will be looking for one by the time you leave there. These things should not be acceptable and must be addressed.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a bank ever!!! Customer service was horrific. They all had nasty attitudes and make snarky remarks because I asked specific questions about what was going on.I went in for a cashiers check. Monies were transferred INTERNALLY between my checking and saving accounts and they ended up “calling back office”- to figure out where the money was coming from the make the check. They acted like they were confused on how to do their jobs. All they had to do was match the account numbers but instead they decided to humiliate me for 15 minutes with their rude tones and use phrases like “BECAUSE OF POLICY AND PROCEDURE”. I asked what the policy was and the teller kept getting louder and loading repeating POLICY AND PROCEDURE. She was the worst. The teller next to her was rude and the person giving the override was rude too. 0/10 do not recommend.

I've banked with Capital One since 2007. This is the worst branch ever. They wouldn't allow me to withdraw funds that were available. They also wouldn't provide paperwork telling me when funds would be okay for me to withdraw. I called corporate who informed me the Branch is wrong. Phone call ended with me wiring my funds out of that bank. I wouldn't go to this location if they were giving money away. Stay far from this place. You've been warned. Extremely rude.

Horrible. Lacking. Unknowledgeable Bankers. Never in my life have I been so frustrated by a bank or are employees by the sheer ignorance and lack of knowledge of their banking products and services. I brought my girlfriend to her bank which is Capital One on Siegen Lane. We walked in and I already spoke with my significant other about what we need to discuss and ask the bankers and so we can apply for that product. I kindly explain to a lady that we are interested in looking at a credit builder loan through the bank and the lady look confused and said she doesn't know what that is and she's never heard of this hold her that is actually from the Capital One website. She then proceeded to go to the back for about 5 minutes and then came with another manager and then we were back to the same thing... The senior manager also did not know anything about the product that we were trying to explain to her that's on the website of the bank that she worked for and me and my girlfriend are sitting there looking at what it's saying on the website and the employees of Capital One are telling us that they never heard of it and it doesn't exist so I was extremely frustrated and whoever then management team at Capitol One on Siegen Lane needs to actually hire people that are knowledgeable in banking and understand the products than just trying to hire cheap labor or to put a body into a position.... I realized Capital One was horrible when I was a kid but luckily due to my military service I have USAA!! WHOOP WHOOP!

Went to this place thru drive through with my disabled daughter in the car. I needed cash off my credit card and explained to the teller that my child has brain damage and cannot walk! She responded well you don’t have a stroller to put her and and what’s wrong with her? This was by far very discriminating to me and my daughter. Very bad customer service!!!!!

Stopped by 3:35 pm on Monday and the lobby wasn’t open. A sign or adjusting the hours would be nice!
