As soon as my funds are available I am closing all of my accounts and going with another bank all because of this branch. I asked how long it would take for my funds to be available bc I needed next morning. Instead of telling me the cashier took the check went to the back and deposited it. She came back handed me a deposit slip and said tomorrow the funds would be available. Later that day, I looked at the deposit and saw that it would take several days since it was about to be the weekend. I was told by the issuing bank that if I wanted immediate access I could open an acct there but thought I had an extra day and to save the hassle of having to swap my accounts I would take it to my bank, capital one, next door. I contacted their customer service, which is useless, then I called the bank back and happened to get the same teller answer the phone. After explaining the issue to her since the said the bank manager was “with a customer”, she said she would take care of it and have the manager call me back. 5 minutes before they closed, the teller called and said there was nothing she could do. I asked once again to speak to the manager and was again informed “she was with a customer”. When I asked how she was with the same customer after almost 3 hrs, I was informed that it was a different customer and that the manager didn’t have time to speak to me.

I’ve banked at Capital One since before they took over Hibernia. I’m going tomorrow to inside banking for the first time since Covid started and I’m curious how it’s staffed and how the staff treat customers. I’m hopeful they are still the best for my banking needs.

This location is great! I entered this bank with my mother and Charletta was amazing. She greeted us immediately and the customer service was outstanding. She was extremely helpful and patient. If we could give her 10 stars, I would definitely give them to her because she deserves them. The branch was clean and we were grateful for the assistance. I wish they had a handicap door entry button at this location, but I would still give them ten stars for the service alone. Thank you.

False advertising!!!! They do not give you your pay check two days early!!!! You might consider a bank that doesn't lie!!!!!

The service is always phenomenal here. They always greet you promptly. Your business is handled properly each time. It's easy to open a business account here. The branch manager and the bank staff members are very nice and polite. I have no complaints thank you Brady, Charletta, Julie. I love this branch y'all rock#sharethelove

I deposited about 3500 yesterday , got my account number & all was set . They didn’t explain anything to me other than in 10 biz days I’d get a card . I’m trying to link my account because the account numbers are all I have , but after 6 or 7 phone calls , numerous website and app visits , still can’t access my money to pay bills .Very poor experience opening this account , and very poor at explaining that I couldn’t pay any bills for 2 weeks . I kinda wish I’d just left my money where it was , because the grass is SURELY not greener than a REGIONSal bank I was using.Banking feels like a dirty scam , no one will help me with this matter , I just keep getting transferred around .Jefferson Hwy branch , Baton Rouge , Louisiana.

Went to this branch yesterday to make deposits. 2 for the company that I work for and 1 for my personal account. The teller put my personal deposit into one of the business accounts. When I went back to the branch this morning to resolve the issue I was told that I would have to get another one of the signers on the business account to come to the bank. The Business accounts are 2 signer accounts. Why would I need to get another signer to come to the bank to get MY money out of and account it was NEVER supposed to be deposited into in the first place??? How do you put someone else’s money in the wrong account when you have a deposit slip with the correct account number on it?? YOUR mistake and I’m supposed to inconvenience myself by having to go back to the bank AND you want me to get someone else to leave work too?? HORRIBLE customer service. I’ll be taking my business to a credit union where they appreciate their customers.
