Capital City Granite helped me when I really needed it. I wanted to upgrade my cooktop, which required enlarging the existing granite cutout. I called MANY granite installers in Baton Rouge, and most said they wouldn't help me unless they were the original installers of the granite while the rest either wanted an exorbitant amount or were too busy. The company that originally installed my granite told me multiple times they'd see if someone was available and would call me back. Guess what? No call back. Capital City Granite agreed to do my small job for a reasonable fee AND scheduled the job for just a couple of days after I contacted them! When they arrived, they were fast, professional, and used a shop vac to help contain the dust while cutting. THANK YOU CAPITAL CITY GRANITE!

Best customer service I have ever experienced! Jeremy and Kristen were very attentive to every detail of the process of installing my counter top and back splash. They stopped by my home on many occasions to check on the progress and make sure everything was done perfectly. They were very friendly and helpful when I was trying to make a decision...lots of patience! I highly recommend them, and will use them again when needed.

We decided to renovate our kitchen. This was going to mean new cabinets (Baton Rouge Custom Cabinets-excellent workmanship), new island, new Wolf oven, new Wolf cooktop, new microwave and yes, new stone. We shopped around - deciding on type of stone was easy but deciding on appearance was tough. After a while we decided to go with Quartzite. Thanks to Jeremy Maples with Capital City Granite, we found the perfect Quartzite to our liking. Sea Pearl. Once our cabinets and island were in position, Jeremy and his guys went to work. They had stone installed within a couple of days from the time we gave him the green light. Jeremy and his crew were very professional and efficient. Their work quality was superb. I would highly recommend Capital City Granite for your fabrication and installation needs. (Notes) There was a small (very small) chip on the back edge of part of our countertop that no one would have noticed. In fact, once we install the backsplash it would have covered it. But Jeremy and one of his color specialists insisted on correcting it. They remedied the flaw. We purchased our sink from Capital City Granite as well. We saw a small dent and reported it to Jeremy. Absolutely no hassle whatsoever- he replaced it the next day. This type of service and willingness to make us happy is impressive. Capital City Granite is old school work principles - meaning customer satisfaction is of utmost importance.
