Before I write this review, in full disclosure, I did purchase my Leer Camper from Capital Campers approximately two years ago.
I purchased a Leer 100XQ paint matched camper shell for my F250. I waited 6 weeks for delivery, and upon arriving I was contacted by them stating it had gotten scratched during delivery and they gave me two options. I could take it as is and receive ~300 dollars off, or return it and wait another 6 weeks. Because I paid over $5k (got bed rug also from them), I wanted the camper shell to be perfect. No big deal, I waited another 6 weeks.
Once delivered again, I took it up there and dropped it off. They installed the camper and the bed rug. A week or so later, I hand washed my truck. Mind you I am SUPER meticulous about our vehicles and detailing them. As I’m washing I noticed two huge scratches on the passenger rear quarter panel. This truck is not my daily driver, as I have a work truck, so it doesn’t get driven much. I was extremely disappointed and upset. I was 100% sure it came from Capital Campers, so I opted not to contact them. Because I couldn’t prove it, it would just become a big argument and wouldn’t go nowhere. Fast forward to last week, I’m washing my truck again. I’m on a ladder washing the top of the camper, and I just so happen to look down the crack between the top of the cab and the camper shell. I notice my third brake light is broke. I’m now confused because there is no way something could hit it, because I have the camper shell blocking it. Because I’m OCD, I buy another OEM third brake light ($500) and install. Upon pulling the camper shell back, I see a huge scratch where the camper shell made contact with the third brake light and busted it upon install. Yet again, another disappointment.
At the end of the day, the folks here are pretty nice but the attention to detail isn’t there it seems like. Would look at other options in the area if you are OCD and meticulous with your stuff.

The technician that did the work on my truck was great. The the rest of my experience...not so much. LONG wait time to have my truck looked at and I was lied to about price to repair. The technician agreed with me! But I was told it was a misunderstanding. Lol. A written price (not estimate) became a misunderstanding. Don't think I'll be back.

I got a towing package installed on my 2018 Chevy traverse they did an excellent job it was done under 2 hours I had enough time to sit down n pay bills watch tv n have a cold drink the staff is very friendly
