Saleslady was very professional the installer superb with his attitude and knowledge of the product and his skills. The quality of the materials needs work the materials came damaged and the soft close mechanisms half worked they warrantied it but still need more work. I was a little disappointed as this wasn't my first order from them.

Excellent service and construction! We used CC to tear down our existing closet structures and the work was done meticulously, and cleaned afterward. The construction group was professional, courteous, and expert craftsmen. Very pleased!!!

My daughter and her family recently moved in with me and we decided to renovate my master closet to accommodate 3 of us, including her husband. We met with designer Erin Philley. After about 45 minutes, we had an agreed upon design! Erin was so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The closet was installed in 2 days, including demo. The installers were friendly, neat, respectful, and experienced. The end result was exactly what we had in mind and we are very pleased! We highly recommend California Closets!

The product and the professionalism of the design consultant and installation team were excellent— all communication was clear and timely. A minor issue with one of the cover panels was identified at the time if the initial installation and promptly corrected. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that the original estimate at the showroom was lower than what we were presented by the designer. The final design and price was acceptable and the excellence of the process and quality of the product definitely justified our purchase. We are pleased with our new Murphy bed. It works and looks great.

They do not finish the inside of their drawers. I had two closets done by Closets by Design and I think they were better because their drawers are finished inside. That's about the only complaint I have though. Looks good.

Considering I used this service after the pandemic and Hurricane Ida, getting a design and cost estimate was pretty quick; however, the time from getting the estimate to getting an actual installation took a bit more time. The company did try to compensate me slightly for the time lost. Afterwards, installation was timely with the installer taking care not to damage anything in my home and having a courteous and professional attitude. Materials with California Closets, as I had experienced in another home, seems to be still of good quality. Though I think it is still a bit expensive (everything is now), California Closets still provided the lowest price. I'm pleased with my service.Service: Closet design
