Lots of fun for the kids, and they get to select and "build" their own new friend. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The shop is clean and bright and well organized. Being able to record your own personalized message to put inside a bear was very cool. Recommended

There was only one guy working in there today. But I've been here many times, everytime I do, I have an incredible experiences here. Got a gift card for my wife and step daughter so they can go build one together!

Randomly stopped by to check it out for the first time. Ms. Deja greeted us warmly and from start to finish she made the process extraordinary. Walked us through every step and made it entertaining and special for my sister building her first bear. I highly recommend a visit, especially if Ms. Deja is there to help.

When I went a few days ago we were having a very good time until what I can only presume the manager came up to one of the workers and started yelling at them. I didn't see anybody doing anything wrong but this manager was very rude saying that the workers weren't being nice enough or talking enough. Very rude and disregarded that I was standing right there. The manager looked at me and apologized for the worker. Very very rude.Be kinder to staff, this is unacceptable.

Really disappointed with our “visit” I called to confirm they had items in stock the girl said yes they had all 4 items and there was plenty of them. So I did and order to be picked up. After I placed my order I received and email all the items were now out of stock. This was 5 days ago and I still have yet to revive my money back, it’s still on hold. Pretty disappointed as this was supposed to be a gift which now when ever i do get my money back I have to order online and it’s going to be weeks past when I needed it. All build a bear said was sorry, but no explanation as to why all of the items were out of stock within a half an hour of calling. This has definitely made me rethink going there after this headache

Kids loved it!!! Went today and the ppl that help were so good with my wild and very excited 5 year olds.
