Unbeatable, good people, don't get some trashy computer appliance from some expensive box store, come here and get an excellent refurbished washer or dryer or fridge from the era when things were actually made well.

Worst repairs I've ever seen,bought dryer used it twice and it quit heating.took the back off to check it and wire was melted at the heating element,connector got so hot that it broke, all due to a lose connection because instead of crimping a new connector on they just wrapped the wire around the old spade connector ,one of the thermal fuses isn't even the correct one it was just wedged in the hole with no screw holding it. Wouldn't trust them to do any warranty work on it or would I ever even think about buying anything else from there. Very bad and could have caused a fire or possibly electrical shock due to the live wire just hanging in the back of the machine. Repaired it myself the right way!

My husband and I went here to look for a washer. They approached us and helped us in no time. Very very polite and helpful people. We found a washer and loaded it within 30minutes. Great Prices and 90day warranty. Came home washer is working in great condition, Love it!! Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!Thank y’all so much !!

Every time I need something fixed they don't fix it at all. Inconvenient with high prices, you get the idea. Basically, if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself. Because appliances always break down at the worst time, and right when I need someone to fix it, they show up in their personal car instead of a company car (that's the 1st sign), they're carrying a small tool bag (NOT TOOL BOX OR ANYTHING THAT IS USED TO FIX MAJOR APPLIANCES, also the 2nd sign), and they look at it for several minutes, making you think it will be fixed, but it is not, and they say that if it needs a certain part, you have to literally wait FOREVER for it to show up, then wait FOREVER all over again for them to fix it. Even Lowe's works better than them. Get a MAJOR company to fix your MAJOR appliances.

I’ve had a dryer fixed twice at Budget Appliances. It’s amazing how quickly and well they get the job done and their prices are very reasonable. The parts and labor for my dryer were about as much as I would have to pay for a tech just to come to my house - before he’d fixed anything AND they did it all in 30 minutes!
