I entrusted Brother’s Automotive with my vehicle. I was told by the owner that I needed a new transmission. A claim was filed with my insurance company and my insurance company paid Brothers Automotive $6100 to replaced the transmission with the new transmission. Unfortunately when my vehicle was picked up in May, within 75 miles of driving it the check engine light came back on. I was still having the same problems of the car not going into reverse. I spoke with the owner multiple times requesting a final invoice and a copy of the warranty of the transmission that he claimed he put in. He informed me that he put two different transmissions into my car because the first transmission he put in had a defect. My car was in his possession for five months. He still has not provided a final invoice nor the warranty that goes with the transmission.. Currently my vehicle is at a dealership in the state that I reside in and I have been told that it appears that I have transmission problems and they’re going to have to go into the transmission to figure out what’s going on. All I am asking for is a copy of my final invoice and the warranty.

Car stayed in shop for five months. Was told two new transmissions were put into my car; however it's still not going in reverse. Owner refused to give me a copy of the final invoice as well as a copy of the warranty

Does great work on my Saab 9-3s at a very reasonable price! Most mechanics won't even attempt simple maintenance/repairs on my car once they hear it's a Saab.
