Had an absolute blast getting to shop here! The employees here were so welcoming, I loved meeting Brennan, Mal, and Ocean! My buddies and I all got matching windbreakers thanks to those three talking us into it. I'll definitely be coming back here when I'm in the area, lots of very neat products and the points system is awesome!

Best place for pop culture gifts at the mall. They have a sheet out to suggest merch you would like them to buy, and they actually read it! Lots of people (myself included) asked for more Adventure Time merch and next time I went they had a lot of options. I've already bought 3 shirts, pokemon stuff, Harry potter jacket, a little backpack. And the staff is always friendly!

This place is perfect if your are looking for anything from anime to Disney products. Every time I go the workers are really nice and make my visit better each time! This is one of my favorite stores because of the variety of things you could get. I could live off of this store if I could! ❤️

My experience at box lunch was distasteful to say the least. I visited the store on a bad day for one employee it seemed. They store itself is great in terms of Disney merchandise and anime if you like it but the employees I experienced on the particular day I visited were … wow. I saw a previous post about an experience another customer had with the employee, and it described my experience with her to a T. First of all, both employees were on their phones when I walked in which did not bother me that much (but I know their manager wouldn’t like it) There were other customers in the store that they didn’t bother to check up on either. When I gathered my items to purchase I had the delight of being “helped” by a less than enthusiastic cashier names Bree. The employee seemed be mad at me for some odd reason because she had the most uninterested and somewhat annoyed tone in her voice whilst ringing up my items. When I declined the rewards program sign up, that made her more furious it seemed. I left the store appalled by what I had to experience. I certainly understand that everyone has their bad days but seeing that another customer had the same problem is the reason I am writing this review. I will find it hard to return to this store in the future. If I do, I will check to make sure this employee is not on the clock.

I don't mean to be a Karen, but this lady working the door waited until after I was waiting 10 minutes outside the store in line to tell me I couldn't walk in with food. The 10 minutes I waited, she was hiding behind a table texting on her phone. She said that I could place my open food down on the floor behind a nasty door if I wanted to enter their store. Other stores in the mall just told me not to eat while I was in the store, which is perfectly acceptable. So I just took my pretzel bites and went elsewhere.

BoxLunch is a great store. Everything inside it is great, although there was some merchandise that was damaged and yet still left out to be sold. I bought one because I don't mind a damaged box but yeah. My one star is because of the employee working that day. They may have been tired which I understand but this was my second time in the store with the same employee and they acted the same each time. They saw me at the register both times and waited a while before they came to check me out. They spoke minimally and in a monotone voice and seemed irritated with me like I had done something. I'm a very quiet person and I was very polite so I didn't understand this behavior at all. I'm not a Karen and I wasn't rude. I said thank you multiple times and they were silent. I hope their behavior wasn't directed at me. I feel bad if they were having a bad day both times but it was off-putting and it makes me feel anxious about going back into the store.

Wonderful store! Except, The person helping me and my sister was pretty rude. When we went to check out, they were quiet and barely said anything. This happened twice before. With the same worker. Even when I was polite, they were not. Just completely silent. o_O

This store is amazing and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I love everything about this store because it is so diverse from Disney, hello kitty, Star Wars or Mandalorian, to the office and friends merchandise. And I just love the new line of items coming out with more hello kitty. This is such a great gift store and has anime items for Naruto and avatar fans out there. This is hands down my favorite store. The prices are reasonable and you earn rewards and also box lunch coupons for really good discounts. If I could give this store 10 stars I would, it just makes me happy just going in the store.
