Overpriced and would not take back my rod that was broken when I bought it ( I never used it). They told me to reach out to manufacturer. If they don’t stand behind the products they sell why would you shop there. Stick to academy.

Defective guns, awful customer service, brakes at the first shoot. I wanna be honest I never experienced such an awful customer service, the gun was over 500$ and they hurry to sell you the gun talking so good and pushing, the purchase was done and hours later we decided to try it on and at the first shot destroyed in the hand completely, all the pieces fall apart and it could be extremely bad for my hand, I almost lost a hand, I take it to store right away and they told me they can’t give me my money back, they can’t give me a new gun, the person in the desk was rude and don’t offer any solutions, the only thing was repair the gun that will take 7 months about, is just stupid that if your safety will depend on this gum is pointless, it was less than 24 hours, the seller said that they don’t review or check the guns at all and they just sell so is not their fault, I regret to ever step a foot in this trashy company, anti American.

Do not buy here sold me a defective gun pushed it on me to buy told me it was brand new the cylinder completely popped out the hand gun after one round $500 down the drain wouldn’t give me back my money either bought the gun and try to return it the very next day. Unprofessional people don’t come here.

Found this place by chance today. Nice gentleman helped my husband with a gun purchase and we also picked up a Bayou Classic boil pot while we were there. All your outdoor needs in one stop. Very reasonable pricing.

Nice store with a robust selection of firearms and hunting equipment. Only reason for 3 stars is because Lee didn’t handle business before he took off on Saturday thereby causing me to drive 50 miles on my only day off for no reason.

Knowledgeable counter guys at the gun counter. Nice layout with a good selection of ammo. Only had about 10 minutes to stop in but will do so again. Nice selection of AR parts for kit building.

Well, treated as a customer. Service was excellent. The price tag on my item was lower than it rang up on the computer and they adjusted it to match the tag on the item without any trouble. I really appreciate that.

Great place to purchase hunting, fishing or any recreational activities that require you to have a gun or bow. They have a wide selection of firearms as well as other outdoor items. My husband just bought a Benelli 20 gauge shotgun for Christmas for me and they were all very helpful. Paperwork and background check was a breeze we were in and out in no time. I highly recommend this place if your looking for any kind of outdoor stuff, they most likely have it, if not they can get it for you.

Went to transfer a title. The guy helping me was nice and helpful. However another employee with a grey beard came over and started being very rude for no reason. Especially considering he wasn’t even involved in the transaction. Very un professional and I would not recommend

My buddy and I drove over an hour to come here because our local archery shop is severely lacking in service.Wow just wow. Talk about the best customer service. Brandon is the absolute best. From bow tuning to quality work and install of parts, Brandon is the man! They've got a customer for life. The whole store is awesome and full stocked with everything you could want for the outdoors.
