Great selection of boots, clothing, and accessories! One thing I would change is to add a little color to the walls, flooring l, or change the lighting because everything is gray. It just gives everything a dull look and even makes the boots on display appear dusty and dirty.

Good selection, but I was followed in the store everywhere I went. I felt very uncomfortable and will definitely NEVER shop there again.

Jalisa or “jay” was super rude and could not help me nor was willing to help me. She lied about her name and told me it was jay but an employee told me it was jalisa. She also said she was the “store manager” and I sure hope she’s not! She was super rude and vulgar. If you can shop elsewhere save yourself the trouble!!

Tracy and the team at The Boot Barn went above and beyond to help us with getting Fire retardant PPE to our driver that was in route to the refinery. I will be forever grateful, they saved the day!We are in Georgia but will definitely be using them for future purchases.
