“What an honest shop! I stopped by to get an estimate to repair two dents on my Dad’s truck. One in the tailgate and the other on the chrome bumper. The technician was busy with another job but came out to look at the dents. He showed me how the metal was stretched in the tailgate dent and could not be repaired. It would require a body shop to fix. The dent in the steel bumper would not be able to be pulled out either due to the metallurgy. I appreciate that he was honest and said that he couldn’t fix either dent instead of giving it their best shot with undesirable results and $$$.”

“Over the years, I have had work done on cars at a few shops and this one is the best!! The shop is about 20 minutes from my house, but I'll gladly drive the extra miles to bring my car to them. I was having trouble getting my daughter's car into the shop near my house because they were scheduling several months out, so I just called a few random shops, and Certified Collison got me in right away and got the process going withing a couple of days. We have since had work done here a few times. Every time the quality of work is excellent and the customer service is impeccable. They are always up front about the timeline, the costs, and work being done. I have never had an issue getting in touch with them, and they always answer any question that I have.”

“Wayne had done some previous work on our truck after an accident at the request of the person at-fault (they were paying out of pocket and knew Wayne) and we were extremely pleased with the communication and quality of work. So when we had a minor incident recently that made it undriveable, we knew exactly where to bring it again. I was out of the country but text Wayne and he took care of everything. Their representative, Timothy, took the time to answer all of our questions and explain the process. He set timelines of when he would give us an update. He gave us updates as promised, on time. And when we came to pick up the car, it was repaired very nicely. I've worked with other repair shops in town, and this has, by far, been my best experience.

“My Cadillac DTS was totaled in December 2019, but had no mechanical damage, and after the holidays I had it towed to Burbank Paint and Body on Burbank. After almost a month of replacing the bumpers and matching the paint perfectly, it looked brand new. They not only did a very fine job, but charged me less than what the insurance paid me. I now have some scrapes on the bumpers and will take my car to them only. I'm really sorry C&R owners have retired and sold out. I hope Bruno will find someone as competent to take over the business. I highly recommend them as not only being competent, but they are super friendly and easy to work with. If you need paint or body work on your vehicle, check them out. You won't be disappointed I promise.”

“I was involved in an accident, someone hit me and ran, tore my front bumper half off and damaged side panel.so I had to go through my insurance.I got 2 different quotes from body shops, one being laportes.when I called my insurance company to let them know I was going with LaPortes , they Said "are you sure they are not rated as highly or high as the opposing body shop" , I Said yes.because both shops can do the body work but what stood out to me was the guy at la portes came out gave me a quote, very nice, accommodating, personable, and walked me through the estimate and even went back in to do another quote if I would try out of pocket pay,walked through that as well. The other company did not.The lady over the phone at laportes was very nice as well..I love personable customer service, and i know if i had any issue,it'd be easier to communicate with this company...I picked up my car in a timely manner upon completion, even factoring in the storm/Hurricane Francine,it still was timely. My car looked brand new and the best it looked in years. And lifetime warranty on their body work. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend!”
