“One of the BEST body shops in Baton Rouge hands down. They helped me turn the most stressful situation into a manageable one. Marcus (shop owner) is a very strait forward man and he runs a VERY HONEST BUSINESS. Every time I called Mr. Mike or Marcus answered the phone and answered all my questions. There are a lot of body shops in BR that are shady and they'll try to run your money up, but Toussaints isn't one of them. Best experience I've ever had with a body shop, I will be going back if/when I need anything in the future. They do custom stuff too.”
“These guys were able to tell me the real reason why I had a check engine light versus what one of the auto parts stores told me. A bunch of codes came up and told me the it was a sensor and couple of spark plugs and ignition coils went bad. They corrected the problem for a good price. “Service is always excellent, staff is not just friendly they are knowledgeable. I admire the fact he keeps his prices low enough that he can help the average college student . It is also why he maintains his current location. He once did a custom paint job on my mobility scooter that got positive attention wherever I took it. Just for the record, Burbank Paint and Body is separate from C and R, which specializes in mechanical issues. They will work together if you have both mechanical and body damage so you only need to drop off your car once.”

“What an honest shop! I stopped by to get an estimate to repair two dents on my Dad’s truck. One in the tailgate and the other on the chrome bumper. The technician was busy with another job but came out to look at the dents. He showed me how the metal was stretched in the tailgate dent and could not be repaired. It would require a body shop to fix. The dent in the steel bumper would not be able to be pulled out either due to the metallurgy. I appreciate that he was honest and said that he couldn’t fix either dent instead of giving it their best shot with undesirable results and $$$.”
“I highly recommend Jo's Automotive for the best collision repair ever. I live 2 hours away from BR and after not getting any reasonable price quotes near me, my daughter and I took to google and our finger landed on Jo's. God favored us in the decision that we made to ho with them because it was well worth the drive. We couldn't have asked for a better job, the car was repaired to it's original and actually looks better than it did before. “I brought my vehicle here after it had been stolen and dumbed roughly a mile down the road from my apartment. The front and rear bumpers were damaged by them pushing it to start it and dumping it in a ditch. I can't say enough about how outstanding this place is.
