The store associate, Miss Crystal, was fantastic! My husband and I had been to 4 different furniture stores that day and we decided to just stop in and see what BigLots had to offer. So happy we did! Miss Crystal was so helpful and so knowledgeable, she saved the day!! We found the perfect couch for our new home, the transaction was amazingly smooth, she set up delivery and not only did it come EARLY but there were NO issues AT ALL throughout the entire process! Definitely recommend this store and if you go ask for Miss Crystal- she is a 12 out of 10!!

Manager Brandon is great, however the attitude of the young cashier was terrible. Customer Service is not what you get at this store, unless the Manager is on duty.

Brandon Sercey worst manager ever, don’t take no ownership for people merchandise and furniture. Giving people furniture without the proper documentation nor authorization for to let any item go from the store. This Manager will cause a law suit towards Big lots on today for the record.

Great service I purchased something from the furniture department the service was great Koby assistance was great no wait and I will recommend family to stop in. Great hospitality and very professional need more like Koby and great personality and communication.
