General manager wouldn’t help me exchange $900 laptop that was 5 days over the 14 day return policy. This company is not recommended. Better make sure you got the right product 13 days after buying it or your out of luck

Best buy is a good place to get everything from electronics to appliances. Have bought a lot of my electronics from them. Good prices too. They stand behind what they sell.

The employee Joseph Guss won't help me whatsoever. All because I associate with an ex employee of his. He told everyone not to bother with us but instead to go to a paying customer. So I went to a different store and spent my 1200 dollars on my pc build there. I won't ever shop here again until he has been dealt with.

Worked here and quit to move on with better things. Yet the manager holds a grudge like a child. Me and my friend went in to buy pc parts yesterday to "spend money" and the manager Joseph speaking into the employees ears told them to help "paying customers". So we took our business to baton rouge and got everything we needed (wonder if spending over 1100 dollars is considered paying customer). If this is how best buys manager is gonna act over pettiness they might as well have hired a child. Definitely will be calling corprate because this man not only has acted out in pettiness. He has acted this way towards my friend whom all he wanted to do was buy parts for his PC yesterday. But employees were told we weren't paying customers and to not waste time on us. Not bashing the workers or the store manager. Just the one manager who can't get over himself and move on.

Horrible customer service.. you would think a company that has this big brand would pride themselves on helping their customers instead the employees are condescending and racist I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

NEVER shopping at Best Buy again! Horrible customer service! They sold us a damaged tv and they refused to exchange it. Literally opened the box immediately after bringing it home and screen was cracked, turned around and brought it right back to the store and they refused to take it back. Buyer beware!!!!
