So there I am, slinking the aisles looking at cool laptops l, when all of a sudden, and angry 5ft 7in boomer in a red shirt and ballcap decides to start screaming at employees. I was enthralled immediately. I can't quite make out what exactly he is saying, but there are a lot of expletives. So these poor employees are trying their best to calm the situation and maintain their professionalism. Aghast and considering what to do in defence of these employees (I am not an employee so I was fully prepared to make a fool of myself in their defence) when all of a sudden and large confident made strides in and takes center stage. He calmly takes control of the situation and disarms the belligerent boomer with tact and style while maintaining pure professionalism. I later learned he was THE MANAGER!!!! DUH DUH DUH!
he calmly escorted the bad man out and everyone rejoiced for the decisive victory achieved for retail employees everywhere! 10/10 awesome manager and Best buy. Also it's super clean in there. Love that.

Best Buy always is a go for me. Things have changed since Covid. They response time with someone taking care of your customer service and need in person is rather slow and few workers. Although this review isn’t too spoil your route to this Best Buy because they will be glad to help you but be mindful that the large selection of products that they used to have before Covid has drastically changed

Bought a game online but wasn't compatible with my console. The app said I could return it even if opened and provided a bar code to scan. Went to the store twice to return it and was told it wasn't returnable. Had customer service on the phone who spoke to the manager and manager refused to return it. They do not understanding the company policy, bc why else would the app allow the return? Is online and store policies different? Please let me know bc today was the last day to return the game, and now I'm stuck selling a game that won't get my money back for. Someone please enlighten me if this is accurate or not??

I’m giving one star only because I ordered a tv from them two times and the second time I ordered my tv online they sent me an email almost a month later that they messed up on their end about sales tax and they had to charge my card for the sales tax I feel like I shouldn’t have paid that I called corporate and they said there was nothing they could do

Every time I try to get anything completed with the Geek squad, it's so unreal. I had an appointment. I talked with the with the guy over the phone and about my concerns with my laptop. Why did he try to sell me something I really don't need. There are several computer stores within the city of Baton Rouge LA that were more than able to assist me. ?
