“I will never use another battery place! The staff is SO friendly, so kind, helpful, honest. I never knew this place existed until the dealership recommended them to me because my battery was out of stock and I see why. I was stuck in the autozone parking lot, dead battery, and the lead man (Sorry I forgot his name!) came to my rescue and jumped me off! They also changed my battery in the parking lot so quickly. Genuinely the best service ever! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“Stopped by O'Reilly's to pick up some brakes for the challenger. I'm always prepared, so I went online beforehand to get the part number in advance. Time is money lol. Anywho, I put my car information in and it gave me several options to pick from. I picked one and headed to O'Reilly's. I was greeted by Mr.Arick and he asked how could he assist me? I gave him the part number and he entered the numbers into the system. It was a smooth transaction. Once I received the brakes, I went back to the automobile shop to get the brakes replaced. When I got there, it was the wrong part of course. Just my luck. I went back into the store and Mr. Arick greeted me again and asked what happened? I informed him that I got the wrong parts and needed to exchange them out. Once again, no complaints, he exchanged the brakes for the correct set and I was out the door again in no time. I appreciate great customer service from time to time. I definitely will be back to spend my monies here! I gave 4 stars, because O'Reilly's online system is trash lol. I Appreciate the quality service again Mr.Arick!!”
