Half of the AC units were broken during an event there. One elevator broken the entire weekend with no remedy to try and repair it while we were there. Bartenders don't know how to make an old-fashioned.

I came for a conference, did not stay in the rooms if I have family in the city. The conference room that was used was big, comfortable, temperature was great, and it was clean.
