Spoke with Jason but also informed him we were in the middle of moving and it might be a bit before we make this happen. He was super understanding, reached out to see how the move was going and offered to be of assistance whenever we were ready. We reached back out and seriously, the entire process was so quick and smooth I wouldn't believe we were purchasing a vehicle if it weren't sitting in the garage. “I had the pleasure to stumble across Total Offroad purely by accident after I had purchased a Toyota FJ Cruiser in Las Vegas and was driving it back home to Florida. My alignment got thrown off twice and the second time it happened it was near Baton Rouge. Total Offroad was the first 4x4 shop that came up after a quick Google search so I called them up and had the absolute pleasure to speak with Dylan Gillett. He was very gracious and allowed me to come in right away and the entire job was done within 1 hour. That is simply unheard of and was such a speedy service. They were also able to troubleshoot what was causing my alignment issues which happened to be a loose bolt that held my lower control arm in place. This was completely missed by a dealership that I had an alignment done at just 2 days prior. I also can’t praise Dylan enough for how helpful he was spending over 40 minutes with me and answering all my suspension related questions. He is literally a wealth of knowledge and is the reason that I plan to make a 12 hour trip from Florida to Baton Rouge to have Total Offroad upgrade my suspension.”
“Over the years, I have had work done on cars at a few shops and this one is the best!! The shop is about 20 minutes from my house, but I'll gladly drive the extra miles to bring my car to them. I was having trouble getting my daughter's car into the shop near my house because they were scheduling several months out, so I just called a few random shops, and Certified Collison got me in right away and got the process going withing a couple of days.
