I went to the ATT store on Sherwood across from Piccadilly. The entire encounter was great. This young yellow guy (light skinned with short dreads) was helpful. I apologize but I don't remember his name. He was helpful, showed interest in his job, spoke highly of ATT, and offered products. I couldn't believe how great the service was because there's was times I literally hated this particular store. If he remains at this location I am sure the reviews will improve. I hate that I forgot his name.

Willie helped with all of my cellular needs. I often return to his location, for assistance, because I know it will be fast, friendly and consistent customer service that is great! Thanks for such a great experience Willie!

Unfortunately, Gus, the first employee I interacted with, was unfamiliar with the security measures required for account access by AT&T’s customer service department when contacted via phone. He made the support experience uncomfortable, because he prioritized being “right” over professionalism and accuracy. For example, he interrupted multiple times as I described my ongoing issue; he did so by attempting to preemptively answer questions which were not relevant. In the end, the store employees were unable to resolve the issue without me contacting support. I sat in the store for 1.5 hours being transferred between departments and waiting on hold — ultimately the issue was *not* resolved. I was told to follow-up on the matter in several days after things have time to settle.

Absolutely Terrible ! Worst customer service ever! Wouldn't get off their butt to help. Then when one finally did he kept pushing the att fibre even after telling him several times very sternly I wasn't interested ! But he kept on ! Won't be back there ever.

I would go to any other ATT store in the city before this one. Our sales rep didn’t know what he was talking about and the manager was aggressive and dishonest about what we were signing up for. Save your time, money, and peace of mind and go literally anywhere else.

Gus was amazing! He helped my family get new phones and update our plans. They were packed in the store but he took his time to make us feel valued and help get us all up and running. He gets 5 stars in our book! We will definitely go for his assistance when needed in the future.

I attempted to purchase a prepaid phone for my daughter. The store associate at the Sherwood Forest (Baton Rouge) location charged my card twice while attempting to sell the phone at the promotional price. I was assured that my money would be refunded and that has yet to occur. This was on 2/22/23. I have been more than kind and patient while being blown off and ignored in return.
