DRIVERS BEWARE! Checked in at 1615, got assigned a dock at 2340, finished unloading at 0130. They kick you off the property as soon as you're unloaded. Absolutely no waiting on the property once they unload you, even though they have a large gravel lot for a bull pen! Capstone lumpers charged $355 to unload, were extremely rude, and tried to steal my straps. If you can't avoid coming here, unstrap before docking, or check your trailer for your straps and load bars before leaving. You have to leave your trailer doors open so the guard can check it, but there's no place to pull over and close up unless you pull right up to the road. I would give them negative stars if I could.

Check in is ok, with a staging area but pretty much places like this is a sleep deprivation facility they DO NOT allow common carriers to stay after unloading no matter drive time

I've been to lots of AWG's in fact I've delivered to hundreds of places. For some reason the folks working at receiving here try to scam you by saying they're "cash only" or feel the need to be just plain rude. Your fingernails look amazing....your attitude needs work

Ridiculously slow in unloading the freight and very high lumper charges. Avoid this place at every cost. We lost the whole day because of them

Unload was slow as expected, but I've never had a receiver hold my paperwork after getting the green light and lumper paid. Not sure why I'm still sitting here.

I don’t no why people had bad reviews here I come to drop off a load appointment time was 3am I cheacked in at 1:30am got unloaded in 45 minutes cheacked out at 2:20am

They have hidden agendaers they hire who they want they lie and are sneaky I had to of their workers one at the front lobby who has a very smart mouth and the hiring lady she's even worse her attitude is very unprofessional so I wouldn't recommend anyone to work here it's very unprofessional

This place is a joke. Don’t bother coming early. They don’t even start unloading until 2100. You will get let into the waiting yard and sit & wait for them to call you with a door. Go dock there, then check in at door 49. They’ll give you your lumper fee and unload you.But don’t get excited. We’ve been empty over an hour, called & gone back inside to get assistance but until the unloader returns your paperwork, and lord knows when they wanna do that (he’s been re-skidding boxes & ignoring us for 30 min).Nothing like paying a $430 fee for unload & being trapped into a dock & being late to your next because lazy people doing lazy work.

Easy check in! Friendly staff! There’s a staging area, you can check in anytime after 4pm. I checked in at 10pm, my appointment was for 11:35pm, I was in the staging area for 15 minutes, before they put me in a door. $205 lumper fee. Drivers, you know pulling Reefer loads, that most of the time, it’s slow, getting unloaded. Pull flatbed if you don’t like waiting ??♂️ stop crying ? leave it for the babies, or get a baby bottle ? that’s trucking

The Good: Staging area is to the right of guard shack. 2 clean port o potties. Receiving is at door 49. Large break area/restrooms there. Staff is nice from guard shack to receiving desk/window.The BAD:Appt was at 12am. Checked in at 11:30pm. Assigned door at 12:45am. Docked at 1am. Unload started at 1:30am ended at 2:45 am. It’s 6:00am and I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN MY BOL! I paid my lumber fee at 3am. Been here 6 hours now after spending 12 hours at their other warehouse in Pearl river yesterday…. Almost an entire day to unload 12 pallets. Book associated grocers when you want to lose money and time

Security is nice and check in is nice but the wait for the paperwork is ridiculous, and the 430 lumper fee is crazy when you have to pay before service is rendered is totally wrong. Because they get the money they take their time to get paperwork back to the driver going on 7 hours to off load my truck is ridiculous
