Very Poor customer service.
Unprofessional management. Very little concern for non-privileged customers...The worst experience I've ever had at a furniture store.

Edit: To the owners response, I have already spoke with apparently as high up in your organization as I can go. I am waiting for a call back on any information as everyone stated this was out of there hands and they did not know what to do.
Please DO NOT allow this company to run an application with your credit info. MY INFORMATION WAS SOLD AND OR STOLEN and I have been told by as high up as I can go with Ashley Furniture that I must file a police report for my identity being stolen. I have not applied or inputted my information anywhere else but here. This is the only place I have given my new employment phone number. And my job is being called back to back with calls regarding “applications I have submitted” but I didn’t. My employees are answering calls about my personal business.
I truly hope the escalation team gets back with me with more information on what has gone wrong or how we can fix this. This one simple application is now preventing me from applying for my new apartment, getting furniture for my new apartment, getting approved on the credit screening portion to have my lights turned on. My life has come to a dead stop. And I am just in disbelief. Just bawling like a baby typing this out right now. But I truly hope this prevents anyone from ending up where I am right now.

Amber greeted me upon entering the store. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to communicate with. She listened ask me questions while interjecting her recommendations responding quickly - she made my selection and purchase extremely. She communicated with me on her days off. She was not going to be in the store on the next day neither; however, she connected me to Ursula as my contact person. Ursula fell right in with no glitches - smooth purchases. Leaving the store assured that all was in order. Now days this is rare!!!!!!!! TO WORK WITH A PERSON IN THE STORE, CONTINUING WORKING WITH YOU ON HER DAYS OFF, CO-WORKER PICKS PURCHASE UP AND COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION! I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH AMBER AND URSULA. They may one to want to may purchases!!!!!

Editing to add response to "owner" comment: I texted with a live agent through that number and they had no explanation for the discrepancy in a 3rd delivery date, nor was there a satisfactory solution. Additionally, at this time, my husband is still waiting for a call from a store manager. So the suggestion to call or text with that number isn't working, either.
I hate to leave negative reviews, but I have to for this experience. I give 5 stars for my salesperson, as he was super professional and kind, but the rest of the experience has been horrible. I went in store to look at the the Jorlaina Dining Set. I was made to understand that ordering from the store is better than ordering online as you get to support a local business ordering in store. Cool. So did that. Super excited that the delivery was schedule for two days later! The table top itself arrived scratched. So sent that back. The replacement came 4 business days after that. The delivery people tried to extend the table top to put the leaves in, and they couldn't get it to work. They took it back as defective. I received a call from a Jennifer I believe from the distribution center who said they could have a replacement table top to me that afternoon or the next day. I ask if I can just cancel the order and return everything at this point. She says I can't since I have received items into the home. In the meantime, I contact my original salesperson asking if I could cancel the entire order and get a refund. He said he passed along my messages to his manager and would follow up with me. My husband called the store today and sat on hold OVER 1.5 hours trying to wait to talk with a manager about refunding the entire thing. He was never able to get on the phone with a manager and was told he will get a call back. I got an automatic delivery message that gave me the option to get the third table top delivered later this week. I reached out to an agent via the text option to be told the distribution center isn't able to send out new tabletops until that time. So I don't understand why Jennifer told me there were 4 in stock and I could get another one later that day or the next. I'll come back and edit my comment if anything warrants it. But at this point, this is where we are at with this. Table base and chairs just taking up space for the last week and having to rearrange a schedule for 3 days now and possibly a 4th. Hopeful that considering the circumstances and nothing has been able to be used, that a refund for everything is possible. However, lesson to others: if anything as part of an order comes damaged, refuse everything that goes with that order.

My experience with Ashley was horrible!!! I purchased a rug in April.. The rug was delivered to the wrong house.. I filed a claim with fed ex I was told the claim was paid. I haven’t receive a dime yet to this day.. and Ashley on the other hand keep giving me the run around…

Just bought a new living room set. Walked in late and thought I would have trouble picking something because I needed comfort with a high back due to recent back surgery and durable for my german shepherd.. I was definitely a picky buyer, however my salesman "Clark Wright" was on point with not only suggestions but had patience of steal while staying pleasant. I was so impressed with his knowledge in inventory. He knew what to show me feeding off what I was telling him I needed and wanted.. I didn't find out until the very end after making a deal that he was fairly new and still training wow.. Great job. Thanks to everyone who helped in closing out everything because it was late, hour past closing.. can't wait for my new set to be delivered. I got it in the cream color called coconut.
