“While I have lived at Bayou Shadows for 9 years now and have seen my share of management team members come and go, the overall management team/maintenance team have been easy to work with. I would like to see either an individual or a team responsible for landscaping/greens maintenance and not just a contractor to mow the lawns.”

“I have been living at Avalon for almost two years now and I must say this is the best complex I have chosen. Mrs. Wanda is one of the best managers I’ve ran across and she has never let me down thru anything personal issues, etc I may have had. She’s very understanding and helpful when needed just communicate, be honest and trust me she got you. “I had been looking for apartments in Baton Rouge for a few months when I came across The Addison and was very surprised at how nice the online pictures and amenities looked. As I am currently living in KY and moving to BR in July for school, I was solely trusting on the online reviews, pictures & conversations with the apartment staff as to how the apartment would be and I was NOT DISAPPOINTED!
When getting my keys & paperwork this past weekend, Justine Williams was SO KIND & HELPFUL through the process and answered all of my questions regarding move-in, amenities, Etc.
After completing my move-in walkthrough, I met again with Justine and we discussed any immediate needs/maintenance issues in the apartment in which she said these would be taken care of.
Besides a needing a good deep scrubbing and a few floor scratches and paint drops, the apartment is exactly as it appears online and I am looking forward to getting fully moved in in July!
On-site dog park is a huge plus as well for my Golden Retriever!!”
“Being new to the town mr bruce has made me and my family feel more welcomed in this apartment complex , very nice 3 bedroom and convenient for me and my husband's job route , kids catch bus across the street for school , everyone in.the complex is friendly if there is anything wrong with your apartment bruce sends some one right away ! If you have any problems you alwAys feel comfortable going to bruce about the situation . I think he does a wonderful job and I.am glad to be a resident at dali place apartments !”

“I recently leased and am happy with my unit, the office staff is nice and always goes over and beyond. I have been in the office a few times and have encountered some of the tenants and I pray for these ladies as they are always sweet never loose they cool even when they have rude people coming at them. I do wish they fix the parking lot and do something about the amount of riff raff (tenants and passerbys.) Maybe you all should get security on the property. Also the little maintenance guy is so nice.”

This was my first time living in an apartment, and City Heights exceeded my expectations. The lease-signing process was informative and accommodating, making the move-in seamless. Any issues that arose were addressed quickly and efficiently.
The privacy and peace I experienced were unparalleled; the apartments were quiet and safe, making daily life feel comfortable and secure. “I moved into Tiger Plaza a little over 2 months ago. I had a problem with the air conditioner. I put in a maintenance request and they were out the next day. I went into the office the other day and they were so friendly and handled all my needs accordingly. Everybody have their own opinion, but I would recommend the stay over there and they have nice prices too.”

“I'm always over here visiting the fabulous shops and dining at QDoba and Jersey Mike's and picking up smoked chicken from Whole Foods. Parking lots stay packed. The only down side is Whole Foods no longer has electric car charging stations which is inconvenient for those who have them. I do love the Christmas decor every year and it's always fabulously clean.”
