“While I have lived at Bayou Shadows for 9 years now and have seen my share of management team members come and go, the overall management team/maintenance team have been easy to work with. I would like to see either an individual or a team responsible for landscaping/greens maintenance and not just a contractor to mow the lawns.”

The only thing I wish was better was my move in experience, but moving in is a stressful process regardless. Overall peaceful environment, and it’s a safe area. “Being new to the town mr bruce has made me and my family feel more welcomed in this apartment complex , very nice 3 bedroom and convenient for me and my husband's job route , kids catch bus across the street for school , everyone in.the complex is friendly if there is anything wrong with your apartment bruce sends some one right away ! If you have any problems you alwAys feel comfortable going to bruce about the situation . I think he does a wonderful job and I.am glad to be a resident at dali place apartments !”

“I've been living at The Canterbury House Apartments for almost four years now, and I have to say, the experience has been consistently positive. Property Manager Derrick does a wonderful job, and Assistant Property Manager Teresa is just as dependable. Every time I’ve had an issue or concern, they’ve resolved it promptly and professionally. Their doors have always been open, and I’m truly thankful for that level of support and communication.
Also, I want to give a shout-out to the leasing agent—I'm sorry I forgot her name—but she always greets residents with a bubbly attitude and friendly energy that really brightens your day.

“I'm always over here visiting the fabulous shops and dining at QDoba and Jersey Mike's and picking up smoked chicken from Whole Foods. Parking lots stay packed. The only down side is Whole Foods no longer has electric car charging stations which is inconvenient for those who have them. I do love the Christmas decor every year and it's always fabulously clean.”
