AmeriGas did not disclose the cost for a representative to come out and check for a gas leak. I was completely blind-sided by the extreme charges to fix nothing. Poor communication from the company has left me very dissatisfied with how AmeriGas operates. I will never recommend this company to anyone based on the unfair charges and practices they have.

I have tried one more than 3 times to call and speak to a local at the very least a person from the USA, whom I could understand, that could help me with a billing issue. Nope. Not 1 person has ever helped me. This company has terrible customer service and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Been without propane for a month now! First, it took them 2 times requesting delivery to tell us that the regulator was broken. Then, after two weeks, we had have the regulator replaced ourselves because they never sent someone out like they were supposed to. Now, the regulator is fixed. We ordered a delivery a week ago and they keep saying tomorrow by noon, but tomorrow by noon never comes. Their customer service team is horrible too! None of them know what is going on and when you ask for a supervisor, you will get the famous line "we don't have access to transfer"! The whole thing is a joke and the customers are paying the price. Literally!

Absolutely the WORST company to deal with. Horrible customer service, have spoken to them 7 times and still no resolution on why they haven’t delivered my propane. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY.

It’s been over a week since I was supposed to get a delivery and still have not gotten one. I have called every day since the day they said I would have propane. It’s never anyone local that you speak with, it’s always someone in another state and they are going to put it in the notes and mark it as an emergency and someone will call you back. Still have not gotten a phone call from anyone and no delivery which they keep saying is going to be the next day, but they took my money the day the order was placed. I will be looking for a new company to deal with since my house depends on the propane for hot water and I have 3 children. No one at this company seems to care about the customer and the fact that it effects the living situation of the customer. They have no concept of working for the customer which or the people that make it possible for them to have a job and get paid. When the customers are gone, there jobs will be gone and that’s how a business works.

I would give them a Zero but that is not possible. If you need propane (For Heat) do not spend hours on hold hoping to get in touch with someone. I spent the last two days on hold and no one ever came to the phone.

We have been using Amerigas but I'm looking to switch. Amerigas is just getting more and more greedy. We use for commercial account on temporary projects and they don't give credit on any unused fuel. Plus, they want to charge you, the customer, to pump it out so they can keep it and resell it. So you may have over 50% of unused propane and they won't give any type of credit.
